บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้สิทธิประโยชน์จากการได้รับบำเหน็จบำนาญของข้าราชการที่ไม่เป็นสมาชิกกองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี 2) เปรียบเทียบการรับรู้สิทธิประโยชน์จากการได้รับบำเหน็จบำนาญของข้าราชการที่ไม่เป็นสมาชิกกองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี
ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษาทั้งหมด จำนวน 108 คนด้วยแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaires) โดยได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาจำนวน 97 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 89.81
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ข้าราชการที่ไม่เป็นสมาชิกกองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอยู่ระหว่าง 21-30 ปี ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นบุคลากรสายวิชาการ มีตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ สังกัดคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (วศ.) ระดับการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับบำเหน็จบำนาญของข้าราชการที่ไม่เป็นสมาชิกกองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการ ในภาพรวมมีการรับรู้อยู่ในระดับน้อย รองลงมามีการรับรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีการรับรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าสูงสุด คือ การรับรู้ความหมาย รองลงมาการรับรู้บำเหน็จบำนาญปกติ การรับรู้บำเหน็จตกทอด การรับรู้การรับบำเหน็จบำนาญกรณีไม่เป็นสมาชิกกองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการ การรับรู้บำนาญพิเศษ และการรับรู้บำเหน็จดำรงชีพ ตามลำดับ 2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับบำเหน็จบำนาญของข้าราชการที่ไม่เป็นสมาชิกกองทุนบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการของมหาวิทยาลัย ประเภทกลุ่มงานที่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ .05
Abstract
The objective of this research are 1) Study level recognition of rights on the Benefits of Government Pension for Non-Government-Pension-Fund Civil Servants at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. 2) To compare recognition of rights on the Benefits of Government Pension for Non-Government-Pension-Fund Civil Servants at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.
The researcher used a questionnaire to collect data from a total study population of 108 people by rating scale questionnaire. The questionnaires were returned to 97 people, representing 89.81 percent.
The results of research found that 1) Most of Government Pension for Non-Government-Pension-Fund Civil Servants at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi are female, Master’s degree, work experience between 21-30 years, Perform duties as academic personnel, Assistant Professor position Under the Faculty of Engineering, level of awareness of Government Pension for Non-Government-Pension-Fund Civil Servants. overall awareness was at a low level, moderate level. and high level of awareness, respectively when considered each aspect, it was found that the highest was recognition of meaning, Second is the recognition of regular pensions, Recognition of inherited reward, Recognition of Government Pension for Non-Government-Pension-Fund Civil Servants, Recognition of special pension and the last one recognition of living allowance, respectively 2) When comparing recognition of Government Pension for Non-Government-Pension-Fund Civil Servants at University. The work group types, the difference is statistically significant at .05.
