บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)

การจัดทำระบบฐานความรู้สำหรับกฎหมายก่อสร้างขึ้นเพื่อง่ายต่อการศึกษาและเป็นเป็นแนวทางสำหรับให้สถาปนิกและวิศวกรใช้ตรวจสอบการออกแบบก่อนการก่อสร้างอาคารซึ่งจะทำให้ลดปัญหาการออกแบบอาคารที่ผิดข้อกำหนดตามกฎหมายควบคุมอาคาร และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้และประเมินประสิทธิภาพของฐานข้อมูลโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อนำมาปรับแก้ไขฐานความรู้ที่จัดสร้างขึ้น การสร้างระบบฐานความรู้จะใช้วิธีการสร้างฐานความรู้ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป โดยโปรแกรมที่รู้จักกันคือ สร้างโปรแกรม Dream Waver บนเว็บไซด์หรือโปรแกรมช่วยเหลืออื่นๆนำข้อมูลพระราชบัญญัติกฎหมายควบคุมการก่อสร้างอาคาร และกฏหมายอื่นๆที่หามาได้ไปใส่ในโปรแกรม Dream Waver แล้วทดลอง Run โปรแกรม Dream Waver ที่ได้นำข้อมูลพระราชบัญญัติกฎหมายควบคุมการก่อสร้างอาคาร ใส่ลงไปเพื่อหาข้อผิดพลาดนำข้อผิดพลาดที่ได้จากการ Run โปรแกรม Dream Waver ไปปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้มีประสิทธิผลส่งให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบ และประเมินผลหาประสิทธิภาพของฐานความรู้โปรแกรมฐานความรู้สำหรับกฎหมายก่อสร้างนั้นประกอบไปด้วยส่วนการทำงานหลัก 2 ส่วนด้วยกันคือ ส่วนที่1 การค้นหากฏหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ส่วนที่2 กระดานถามตอบปัญหา การรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการเก็บรวบรวมเอกสาร และจากคำแนะนำของผู้เชี่ยวชาญนั้นสามารถรวบรวมข้อกฏหมายต่างๆได้จำนวน 7 หัวข้อ คือ กฏหมายผังเมือง กฏหมายควบคุมอาคาร กฏหมายขุดดินและถมดิน กฏหมายจัดรูปที่ดินเพื่อการพัฒนาพื้นที่พระราชบัญญัติวิศวกร พศ.2542 พระราชบัญญัติสถาปนิก พศ.2543 พระราชบัญญัติการประกอบอาชีพงานก่อสร้าง การถามตอบปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการใช้ระบบฐานความรู้และข้อกฏหมายที่อาจตีความได้หลายรูปแบบผ่านทางกระดานข้อความเพื่อให้สามารถหาคำตอบปัญหาได้ง่าย
