บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีสัมพันธ์ต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโท คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่นักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีประจำปี การศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 177 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมและปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยามีความสำคัญระดับมากต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโท ส่วนปัจจัยด้านสังคมมีความสำคัญต่อกระบวนการตัดสินใจศึกษาต่อระดับปานกลาง ผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีการให้ระดับความสำคัญของกระบวนการตัดสินใจศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโทที่แตกต่างกัน นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมปัจจัยด้านสังคมและปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยามีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันกับกระบวนการตัดสินใจศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโท
The purpose of this research is to study factors relating to decision making process on graduate study of Master Degree Students, Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The data was obtained from 177 students through questionnaires. Statistical tools employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
The study found that cultural factor and psychological factor were rated as highly important factors relating the decision making process on graduate studies of Master Degree Student, whereas social factor was rated as moderate important factor involving the decision making process. Moreover, the decision making process on graduate study of Master Degree Students was affected by the years of working experience. In addition, the research also found that cultural factor, psychological factor and social factor have a positive relationship
with decision making process on graduate study of Master Degree Students.
