บทคัดย่อ
The research objective is to study the Comparative Study of Employees Satisfaction between Microsoft Office Software and OpenOffice.org Software. A Case Study of Private Company in Bangkok. The research population focused on the company employees of Bank. The research tool is questionnaire for 240 sets. Statistic for analysis are Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Independent t-test, ANOVA and Welch. If found the different more than 2 subgroups, the result should be tested by LSD and Dunnett T3. The data analysis computed by Computer Program.
The results were shown Female gender that 55.4% and age Average in range 20-30 years old, Income Average per month in range 20,001-30,000 baht. The Major graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree, Working experiences Average in range 1-5 years old and Job characteristics with computer.
Final summaries table show the Comparative Study of Employees Satisfaction between Microsoft Office Software and OpenOffice.org Software. The overall satisfaction in using Microsoft Office software respondents are moderately satisfied and the overall satisfaction in using OpenOffice.org software respondents are extremely satisfied.
