บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีที่มีต่อตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ศึกษาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ศึกษาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และ 2) พัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการ คือ อาจารย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 248 คน ในปี การศึกษา 2551 และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที.ใช้ในการพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการ คือผู้บริหารคณะต่าง ๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 8 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการ คือแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นจำนวน 66 ข้อ และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการ คือประเด็นคำถามปลายเปิดที่มุ่งให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของตัวบ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งตัว บ่งชี้คุณภาพงานวิชาการ ใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (Exploratory Factor Analysis:EFA) ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลัก (Principal Component Analysis) และหมุนแกนองค์ประกอบแบบฉาก (Orthogonal Rotation) ด้วยวิธี วาริแมกซ์ (Varimax Rotation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีมีความคิดเห็นต่อตัวบ่งชี้ คุณภาพงานวิชาการของอาจารย์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.30 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็น รายด้านโดยเรียงอันดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยพบว่า อันดับแรก คือด้านการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.44 อันดับ 2 ด้านการบริการวิชาการ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.26 และอันดับสุดท้ายคือ ด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนาองค์ ความรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.22 โดยทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. องค์ประกอบของคุณภาพงานวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราช มงคลธัญบุรี ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ 61 ตัวบ่งชี้คือ 1) ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ ประกอบด้วย 27 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2) ด้านการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้เชิงวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย 15 ตัวบ่งชี้ 3) ด้านการให้บริการu3648 เพื่อสนับสนุนการสอน ประกอบด้วย 7 ตัวบ่งชี้ 4) ด้านกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการ สอน ประกอบด้วย 7 ตัวบ่งชี้ และ 5) ด้านการสอน ประกอบด้วย 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ โดยองค์ประกอบทั้ง 5 สามารถอธิบายคุณภาพงานวิชาการของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ได้ ร้อย ละ 75.543

The purposes of this research were to study the opinion of lecturer in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi towards the quality of academic work Indicators, to study the quality of academic work indicators and to develop quality of academic work indicators. The research methodology was divided into two stages. Firstly, to study quality of academic work indicators. Secondly, to develop quality of academic work indicators. The sampling group of first stage was 248 lecturers of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi in academic year 2008. The sampling group of secondly stage was 8 faculty administrators. The research instrument was used to study the quality of academic work indicators was questionnaire with 66 items. The research instrument was used to develop the quality of academic work indicators were open-end questionaire that intend to verify the suitability and the possibility of the quality of academic work indicators by the experts. The data analysis for finding quality of academic work indicators was used the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) with the principal component analysis and the orthogonal rotation by varimax. The results revealed that : 1. The opinion of lecturer in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi towarded the quality of academic work indicators at the moderate level ( X =3.30). When considering by aspect and ordering by mean, the instruction aspect was the first ( X =3.44) , the academic service aspect was the second ( X =3.26) , and the research and knowledge development aspect was the third ( X =3.22). All of the three aspects were at the moderate level. 2. The factors of quality of academic work of lecturer in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi was composed of 5 factors and 61 indicators,ie., research for knowledge development was composed of 27 indicators, development of academic knowledge was composed of 15 indicators, services to support the teaching was composed of 7 indicators, activities to support the teaching was composed of 7 indicators, and the teaching was composed of 5 indicators. The 5 factors could describe the variances of the academic work quality of lecturer in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi at 75.54 %.
