Factor affecting work performance problems and obstacles on financial and accounting of the institution under office of vocational education commission

บทคัดย่อ
การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อการปฏิบัติงานการเงินและบัญชี ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา เขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนครราชสีมาและเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชี ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาชีวศึกษา เขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนครราชสีมา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่การเงิน และเจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี ของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา เขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 12 แห่ง จำนวน 71 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ใช้สถิติต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ความถี่ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ ความแตกต่างโดยการทดสอบค่าที (Independent Sample t-test) การวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว จากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานการเงินและบัญชี ด้านข้อมูลด้านบุคคลากร ด้านการควบคุม อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านระบบและเทคโนโลยี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และจากผลการศึกษา พบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชีที่มีปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ แตกต่างกัน ส่งผลต่อปัจจัยของปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานการเงินและบัญชีแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินและบัญชีที่มีปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรทางการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน ส่งผลต่อปัจจัยของปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานการเงินและบัญชีแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The purposes of the independent study were to investigate the conditions of work performance problems and obstacles on financial and accounting of the institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, and to examine the factors that affected work performance problems and obstacles of the authorities on financial and accounting officers of the institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The sample of the study comprised 71 financial and accounting authorities of 12 institutions under the Office of Vocational Education Commission in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The questionnaire was used as the data gathering instrument, and the data were analyzed applying Percentage, Frequency, Standard Deviation, Independent Sample t-test and One-Way ANOVA. The results of study demonstrated that the performance problems and obstacles on financial and accounting in the aspects of information, personnel, and controlling were at the high level, however, the system and technology aspects were found at the moderate level. The study indicated that different demographic factors of the financial and accounting authorities led to differences in the performance problems and obstacles on financial and accounting at 0.05 level of significance. Moreover, the financial and accounting authorities having different educational resources effected different factors on the performance problems and obstacles on financial and accounting at 0.05 level of significance.
