บทคัดย่อ

ปัจจุบันนี้เทคโนโลยีสารสมเทศได้เข้ามามีความสำคัญและมีบทบาทอย่างมากในการดำเนินธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง เพื่อช่วยบริหารจัดการงานก่อสร้างในด้านต่างๆ ที่มีความซับซ้อนยุ่งยาก และใช้ติดต่อสื่อสารระหว่างผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในงานก่อสร้าง หรือค้นหาแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล เพื่อให้เกิดความรวดเร็วมีประสิทธิภาพ งานวิจัยนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อสำรวจการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในโครงการก่อสร้าง ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า หน่วยงานก่อสร้างส่วนใหญ่มีการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการเขียนแบบ การจัดทำแบบหน้างาน และการส่งผ่านแบบก่อสร้างในรูปแบบของไฟล์ข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ส่วนใหญ่มีการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ประเภทเปรดชีตในการวางแผนและจัดทำกำหนดการก่อสร้าง อุปสรรคที่สำคัญในการนำคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้งาน คือ ซอฟต์แวร์มีราคาแพง และผู้รับเหมาก่อสร้างส่วนใหญ่ไม่ให้การสนับสนุนทางด้านการอบรมคอมพิวเตอร์ให้กับบุคลากร

Information technology is an important and significant role in the construction industry. It helps to manage complicated communication among construction stakeholders and makes information exchange more effectively. The purpose of this study was to explore the use of information technology in construction projects. The research concluded that the construction units mainly use the computer to make drawings and shop drawing and to transfer drawings in form of electronic data files. Most of them use spreadsheet software in construction planning and scheduling. Major obstruction of computer usage is an expensive cost of software and lack of training support from organization to personnel.
