บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย
ธรรมศาสตร์ 2) ระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการ พนักงาน และลูกจ้างของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จำนวน 214 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) วัฒนธรรมองค์กรของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This research aimed to study 1) the level of organization culture of the faculty of medicine thammasat university 2) the level of the learning organization of the faculty of medicine thammasat university and 3) the relationship between organization culture and the learning organization of the faculty of medicine thammasat university.
The samples used in this study included 214 government official public officer and employees of the faculty of medicine Thammasat University. This research used the questionnaire which is performed to choose 5 kinds of measurement such as percentage, average, standard deviation and correlation coefficient of Pearson.
The results showed that 1) organization culture of the faculty of medicine Thammasat University were high level 2) the learning organization of the faculty of medicine Thammasat University were high level and 3) the relationship between organization culture and the learning organization of the faculty of medicine Thammasat University found that correlation were high level as statistically at significant at the .01.
