บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะสั้น เรื่อง การทำน้ำสมุนไพรเพื่อเป็นอาชีพเสริมในครอบครัว 2) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์การใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะสั้นเรื่อง การทำน้ำสมุนไพรเพื่อเป็นอาชีพเสริมในครอบครัว และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อหลักหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะสั้น เรื่อง การทำน้ำสมุนไพรเพื่อเป็นอาชีพเสริมในครอบครัวการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการทำวิจัย คือ ประชาชนในตำบลศาลาแดง อำเภอบางน้ำ เปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 20 คน โดยได้มาจากการเลือกแบบกำหนดจำนวน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ (1) แบบสอบถามความต้องการ (2) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม (3) แบบประเมินความสอดคล้อง (4) แบบทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจ (5) แบบประเมินความสามารถ (6) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะสั้น เรื่อง การทำน้ำสมุนไพรเพื่อเป็นอาชีพเสริมในครอบครัว มีข้อมูลที่สอดคล้องกัน และมีความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบหลักสูตรในระดับมาก 2) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์การใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะสั้น เรื่อง การทำน้ำสมุนไพรเพื่อเป็นอาชีพเสริมในครอบครัวมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 16.15 คะแนน และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้าอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมระยะสั้น เรื่อง การทำน้ำสมุนไพรเพื่อเป็นอาชีพเสริมในครอบครัว ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก

This research aims to find out: 1) development of a short training course on produce of herbal drinks as a supplementary occupation 2) to study the achievement of a short training course on produce of herbal drinks as a supplementary occupation and 3) to study participants’ satisfaction with the short training course on produce of herbal drinks as a supplementary occupation. This research is research and development.

The samples of the study were 20 people in the district Saladaeng District Bangnamperiy Chachoengsao derived from quota sampling. The research equipment instruments were requirement questionnairs, assessment as approp riate, assessment of compliance, cognitive tests, ability assessment, and assessment of satisfaction. The data were analyzed using arithmetic percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The results were as follows: 1) development of a short training course on produce of herbal drinks as a supplementary occupation data consistency and the suitability of the course high level 2) to study the achievement of a short training course on produce of herbal drinks as a supplementary occupation with mean of 16.50 points and 3) study participants’ satisfaction with the short training course on produce of herbal drinks as a supplementary occupation ranked at the high level.
