บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับบทบาทเชิงตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครู และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทเชิงตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในโรงเรียนเทศบาล สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดปทุมธานี
โรงเรียนเทศบาลเป็นหน่วยวิเคราะห์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนเทศบาล สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดปทุมธานี ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 306 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บทบาทเชิงตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปน้อยคือ ผู้จัดสรรทรัพยากร ผู้ประกอบการ นักแก้ปัญหา และนักเจรจาต่อรอง 2) การส่งเสริมการทา วิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครู ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ ด้านการให้ความสำคัญกับการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมให้เกิดความสำเร็จของการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนและด้านการมีความรับผิดชอบต่อครูผู้ทำการวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และ 3) บทบาทเชิงตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกระดับปานกลาง กับการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในโรงเรียนเทศบาลสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจังหวัดปทุมธานี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of school administrators’ decisional role, 2) to study the level of classroom research’s promotion for teachers and 3) to study the relationship between school administrators’ decisional role and classroom research’s promotion for teachers in the municipal schools under the Local Administration Organization in Pathumthani.
Units of analysis were the municipal schools. The research samples were 306 teachers in the municipal schools under the Local Administration Organization in Pathumthani, the academic year of 2013. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
The research findings were as follows: 1) the overall of school administrators’ decisional role were high level. As an individual aspect ranging from high to low, it was found in resource allocator, entrepreneur, disturbance handler and negotiator, 2) the overall of classroom research’s promotion for teachers were high level. As an individual aspect ranging from high to low, it was found in acknowledging the importance of classroom research, promoting the success of classroom research and holding responsibilities for those teachers and 3) the school administrators’ decisional role were positively correlated at the middle level and significantly correlated with classroom research’s promotion for teachers in the municipal schools under the Local Administration Organization in Pathumthani at the .01 level.
