บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานสาขาอาชีพช่างซ่อมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ ระดับ 1 และเพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน สาขาอาชีพช่างซ่อมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ ระดับ 1

ประชากรวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้สมัครเข้ารับการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน สาขาอาชีพช่างซ่อมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ ระดับ 1 ณ ศูนย์ทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน โรงเรียนเซนต์จอห์นโปลีเทคนิค กรุงเทพ จำนวน 52 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้สมัครและสนใจเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วย หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน สาขาอาชีพช่างซ่อมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ ระดับ 1 แบบประเมินความสอดคล้องและความเหมาะสม และแบบประเมินสมรรถนะมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน สาขาอาชีพช่างซ่อมไมโครคอมพิวเตอร์ ระดับ 1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยดัชนีความสอดคล้อง การเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างคะแนนประเมินสมรรถนะก่อนการฝึกอบรมและหลังการฝึกอบรม โดยใช้สถิติ t-test (Dependent Samples)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสมรรถนะมีความสอดคล้องและความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก และคะแนนประเมินสมรรถนะก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

This research aimed to develop Competency Based Curriculum Conforming to National Skill Standard on Occupation Microcomputer Repair Technical Level 1 and to evaluate the competency based curriculum. Population used in this research were 52 applicants of National Skill Standard Testing on Occupation Microcomputer Repair Technical Level 1 at Skill Standard and Testing Center, Saint John Polytechnic School Bangkok.

Sample group was 10 applicants and volunteered to participate training program, applying Simple Random Sampling. Tools used in this research were Competency Based Curriculum Conforming to National Skill Standard on Occupation Microcomputer Repair Technical Level 1, evaluation form on congruence and appropriateness of the curriculum as well as competency assessment checklists. Obtained data analyzed by Index of Congruence, Mean, Standard Deviation and t-test (Dependent Samples).

The results showed that the Competency based curriculum was congruent and high appropriateness as well as pre and post competency assessments were different with statistical significance at 0.05
