Behaviors and usefulness of private network systems : a case study of Krungsri Ayudhya Amc Ltd.

บทคัดย่อ
การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการรับรู้ประโยชน์ พฤติกรรมการใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายส่วนตัว และปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมและการรับรู้ประโยชน์การใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายส่วนตัว
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ พนักงานบริษัท บริหารสินทรัพย์ กรุงศรีอยุธยา จำกัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 50 ชุดสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติไคสแควร์เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานทางการวิจัย
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 40 ปีขึ้นไป ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี โสด ทำงานด้านไอที มีอายุงานไม่เกิน 6 ปี ไม่เคยฝึกอบรม รับรู้การใช้งานวีพีเอ็นจากนโยบาย และมีความเชื่อว่าระบบวีพีเอ็นจะช่วยให้ทำงานได้ดีขึ้น การทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าอายุ ตำแหน่งงานประสบการณ์การทำงานและฝ่ายงานมีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายวีพีเอ็นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วน เพศ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และฝ่ายงานมีผลต่อการรับรู้ประโยชน์การใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายวีพีเอ็นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
This independent study aimed to explore the opinion on perceived usefulness and behaviors on the usage of private network systems, and to study demographic factors that affected behaviors and perceived usefulness on private network system usage.
The research sample group was employees of Krungsri Ayudhya AMC Ltd. The research tool was 50 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation; and Chi-Square was used to test research hypotheses.
The study results found that most of the respondents were males, more than 40 years old, Bachelor’s degree, worked in the IT section, had work experience less than 6 years, never had training, perceived usefulness of private network system from policy, and believed that private network system made work better. The hypothesis results found that age, work position, work experience, and work section had statistically significant effects on behaviors of private network system usage. Gender, work experience, and work section had statistically significant effects on perceived usefulness of private network system usage.
