Factors affecting smart phone use for education of Phranakhon Rajabhat University students

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อลักษณะการใช้งานสมาร์ทโฟนเพื่อประโยชน์ด้านการศึกษาของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร จำนวน ทั้งหมด 386 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA และ Multiple Linear Regression ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะมนุษย์ศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ให้ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานสมาร์ทโฟน เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ ด้านการศึกษาในด้านของประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับจากการใช้สมาร์ทโฟน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่แล้วนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นว่าสมาร์ทโฟนสามารถติดต่อและประสานงานกับเพื่อนในชั้นเรียนได้สะดวกและรวดเร็วมากขึ้น อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ สมาร์ทโฟนเข้าถึงข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาต่าง ๆ ได้สะดวกขึ้นและรวดเร็วขึ้น สามารถเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงแหล่งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการศึกษาได้มากขึ้น ทำให้ประหยัดเวลาในการเข้าถึงและค้นหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการศึกษา สามารถค้นหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น สามารถติดต่อกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนได้สะดวกและชัดเจนมากขึ้น และช่วยลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการเข้าถึงและค้นหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการศึกษา ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อระดับการนำ สมาร์ทโฟนมาใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ด้านการศึกษาของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร ได้แก่ ประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับจากการใช้สมาร์ทโฟน ความยากง่ายในการใช้งานสมาร์ทโฟน อิทธิพลสังคมในการใช้สมาร์ทโฟน สภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนในการใช้สมาร์ทโฟน

This study attempted to find out factors affecting smart phone use for education of Pranakhon Rajabhat University students. The samples were 386 Pranakhon Rajabhat University students. Questionnaire was employed and then analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses test included Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA and Multiple Linear Regression at level of significance of 0.05 The results showed that most of the respondents were third-year female students majoring in humanity and social science with the highest overall use for education. Most of them also expressed that smart phone can be used to communicate and cooperate among their classmates more conveniently and quickly at the greatest level, followed by the use for accessing more educational resources, saving time to access and searching for information, being quicker to search for information in studying, more convenient and clearer to communicate with the teachers, and saving expense for accessing and searching for information. The hypotheses test findings revealed that factors affecting their smart phone use for education were beneficial outcomes, difficulty, social influence and environment of using smart phone.
