บทคัดย่อ (ABSTRACT)
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้กับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 จังหวัดปทุมธานี
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนกลุ่มบริหารวิชาการหรือหัวหน้างานวิชาการ และข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน 3) องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้กับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 จังหวัดปทุมธานี มีความสัมพันธ์กันสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purpose of this research was to find out 1) the level of learning organization of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani, 2) their level of effectiveness, and 3) the relationship between the learning organization and their effectiveness.
The 310 research samples could be identified as school directors, assistant school directors, those from school academic affair department or its head, and teachers working under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 Pathumthani. A set of 5-rating-scale questionnaire was used for data collection. The statistics for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
The results showed that both learning organization of schools and their effectiveness were at a high level for overall and individual aspects. It was also found that the relationship between both of them was high at statistically significant difference 0.01.
