บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับคุณลักษณะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 2 2) ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 2 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 2
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับคุณลักษณะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) คุณลักษณะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีกับการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 2 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
ABSTRACT
The objectives of this thesis were to study 1) the levels of technological leadership characteristics of the administrators under the supervision of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) the levels of academic administration of the administrators under the supervision of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 3) the relationship between technological leadership characteristics and academic administration of the administrators under the supervision of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.
The samples were 302 teachers under the supervision of Lopburi Primary Educational
Service Area Office 2. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation.
The research result showed that 1) technological leadership characteristics of the administrators under the supervision of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at the high level as a whole aspect, 2) academic administration of the administrators under the supervision of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was at the high level as a whole aspect, and 3) technological leadership characteristics and the academic administration of the administrators under the supervision of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was significantly related at the 0.01 level.
