บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้เสนอการนำทฤษฎีห่วงโซ่แห่งคุณค่ามาใช้สร้างแบบจำลองการะบวนการเบิกจ่ายค่าสอน ในคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ เป็นการนำแบบจำลองทางธุรกิจมาใช้ในการตีความและสร้างแบบจำลองกระบวนการทางด้านการศึกษา เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการเบิกจ่ายให้มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยการนำทฤษฎีห่วงโซ่แห่งคุณค่าของ Michael Porter มาใช้สร้างแบบจำลองห่วงโซ่แห่งคุณค่าและชยายสู่ห่วงโซ่ปฏิบัติการของการเบิกจ่ายค่าสอน การทดลองใช้แบบจำลองที่นำเสนอกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สอนจาก 10 หน่วยงานในวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ภาคการศึกษาที่ 2/2561 เปรียบเทียบกับภาคการศึกษาที่ 1/2561 พบว่า การปฏิบัติงานตามแบบจำลองที่นำเสนอสามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานได้ทั้งด้านการกำกับติดตามการเบิกจ่ายให้เป็นไปตามเวลาที่กำหนด สามารถลดความผิดพลาดของเอกสาร และสามารถร่นเวลาการเบิกจ่ายให้สั้นลง จึงสรุปได้ว่า สามารถนำทฤษฎีห่วงโซ่แห่งคุณค่ามาใช้สร้างแบบจำลองกระบวนการทางด้านการศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ งานวิจัยในอนาคต คือการประยุกต์ทฤษฎีห่วงโซ่แห่งคุณค่าในงานอื่นที่มีลักษณะคล้างคลึงกัน

Abstract

This article presents an approach of a value chain theory for modelling the disbursement of teaching fees in Faculty of Engineering. IT is an attempt to use a business model approach to interpret and compile existing academic process in order to improve the efficiency of disbursement. By applying the Michael Porter’s value chain to create the disbursement model and expanding to create a chain operational model The experimental result shows that the proposed operation model increases the efficiency of disbursement. IT helps to reduce both document errors and time spent in the disbursement process. We therefore conclude that the value chain completely suitable for modelling an academic process. Further research is the application of a value chain theory in other similar jobs.
