บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 335 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบแบบที (t-test) และ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (Analysis of Variance : ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ หลักความรับผิดชอบ รองลงมาคือ หลักความคุ้มค่า หลักคุณธรรม ส่วนข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ หลักนิติธรรม ผลการเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 จำแนกตามเพศ มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ยกเว้นด้านหลักนิติธรรม ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงานและขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

ABSTRACT

The aims of this research were to study and to compare the ethical behaviors of the school administrators of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. The samples were 335 teachers. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The major findings revealed that the ethical behaviors of the school administrators of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at the medium level. When considering each aspect, the accountability was at the highest average level. The cost-effectiveness and the morality was at the high level respectively. The rule of law was the lowest level. The comparison of ethical behaviors of the school administrators of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 classified by gender was significantly different at the 0.05 level. Meanwhile, the comparison of ethical behaviors classified by work experiences and school sizes was not significantly different at the 0.05 level.
