บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพเสื้อให้ความร้อนอบสมุนไพรเพื่อช่วยผ่อนคลายความปวดเมื่อย รวมถึงการปรับปรุงการใช้งานที่ง่ายสะดวกสบายมากขึ้น โดยจากกรณีศึกษาแบบเดิมเป็นแบบการนึ่งแผ่นสมุนไพรให้ร้อนก่อนอบ มีข้อจำกัดของระยะเวลาการอบให้ความร้อน 15-20 นาที ดังนั้นจึงได้พัฒนารูปแบบแผ่นความร้อนติดกับเสื้อที่ให้ความร้อนในการอบสมุนไพรเพื่อให้กักเก็บความร้อนได้นานมากขึ้น

ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ทำการออกแบบเสื้อตัวนอกเป็นผ้าถักโพลีเอสเตอร์ผสมสเปนเดก มีน้ำหนักผ้าเฉลี่ย 27.7 กรัมต่อตารางเมตร และมีความหนาเฉลี่ย 0.70 มิลลิเมตร เสื้อตัวนอกมีขนาดฟรีไซส์ มีลักษณะแบบเสื้อแจ็คเก็ต แขนกุด มีกระเป๋าเย็บติดด้านหน้า 2 ใบ ปกริบ คอตั้ง ชายเสื้อเย็บต่อขอบริบ เย็บติดซิปกลางหน้า โดยด้านในของตัวเสื้อมีชิ้นตัดต่อสำหรับใส่แผงทำความร้อนใช้ผ้าขูดขนและผ้าวิราเน่ เย็บประกบสายไฟฉนวนความร้อนโดยจะประกอบแผงทำความร้อนเข้ากับตัวเสื้อ 2 ส่วน คือ ช่วงบนบ่า และช่วงหลังล่าง แล้วนำแผ่นประคบสมุนไพรมาติดเข้ากับตัวเสื้อ ก่อนการใช้งานแผ่นประคบสมุนไพร จะทำการฉีดน้ำให้ชุ่มทั่วทั้งแผ่นพอประมาณ แล้วนำไปใส่ไว้กับแผงนำความร้อนในเสื้อในตำแหน่งดังกล่าว จากนั้นจึงทำการเสียบปลั๊กให้เกิดความร้อน ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาพัฒนาการใช้แผงวงจรไฟฟ้าระบบการให้ความร้อน สามารถปรับความร้อนได้ 2 ระดับ ระดับแรกจะให้ความร้อนคงที่ตั้งแต่นาทีที่ 27 มีอุณหภูมิ 34.9 องศาเซียลเซียส และระดับสองให้ความร้อนตั้งแต่นาทีที่ 34 มากกว่า 37 องศาเซลเซียส ความร้อนจะเพิ่มขึ้นตามระยะเวลาที่ใช้งาน โดยใช้เวลา 10 – 15 นาที เพื่อทำให้แผ่นประคบสมุนไพรมีความร้อนที่เท่ากันทั่วทั้งแผ่น จากนั้นจึงนำเสื้อสมุนไพรให้ความร้อนมาทดลองใช้งาน ในการศึกษาจะทดลองใช้กับผู้ที่ต้องนั่งทำงานในออฟฟิตหรือต้องนั่งทำงานนาน ๆ จำนวน 30 คน โดยใช้ระยะเวลาในการสวมใส่เสื้อดังกล่าวเป็นเวลา 45 นาที ซึ่งในการเก็บผลการทดลองจะใช้วิธีแบบสอบถามเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจในด้านความสบายในการสวมใส่ การใช้งานและประสิทธิภาพของเสื้อสมุนไพรให้ความร้อน

ผลการทดลองพบว่าการใช้งานตัวเสื้อสมุนไพรให้ความร้อนและการตอบแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งาน ค่าความพึงพอใจมากเฉลี่ยคิดเป็น 87 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ซึ่งประเด็นที่ระดับความพึงพอใจ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ได้แก่ รู้สึกได้ถึงความร้อนทั่วบริเวณแผ่นหลังในช่วงนาทีที่ 06.00 มีกลิ่นสมุนไพรติดที่ผิว รู้สึกสบายตัว งานวิจัยนี้มีประโยชน์กับผู้สนใจในการบรรเทา ความปวดเมื่อยจากการทำงาน มีความสะดวกในการสวมเสื้ออบสมุนไพร และนำไปใช้ในการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ต่อในบริบทงานสอนปฏิบัติการให้กับนักศึกษา วิสาหกิจชุมชน ร้านนวดและผู้สนใจ

Abstract

This research aims to study and develop the efficiency of herbal and thermal shirt for body relief and improve wearing comfort. According to previous study that the herbs must be heated before wearing, there was a limitation of heating duration that should be up to 15 to 20 min. Therefore, the shirt was developed to retain heat for longer period of time.

The outerwear of this shirt was designed using knitted fabric of polyester and spandex. The average fabric weight was 27.7 g/m2 and the average fabric thickness was 0.70 mm. This outerwear was a free-size and looked like a sleeveless jacket. There were two front pockets, the rib and stand-up collar, the hem connected to the rib, and a zipper in the middle. Inside the jacket, there were two small pockets made from polar fleece and verane fabric for containing heating circuit and cables. The small pockets were attached two places including shoulders and low back. Herbal sheets were also attached to the shirt. Before wearing the herbal and thermal shirt, the herbal sheets were soaked with water until the sheets was slightly wet and placed inside the shirt at the position of the heating circuit. Afterward, the heating circuit was pluggedin to increase the temperature. Moreover, the development of the heating circuit was also studied in this research. The heating circuit was developed to have two heating levels. The first heating level, the temperature could reach 34.9 oC at 27 min and the second heating level, the temperature could reach higher than 37 oC at 34 min. Additionally, the heating level could be adjusted by heating time. The heating level was consistent after 10 to 15 min. The herbal and thermal shirt was individually tried by 30 office people for 45 min. The results of wearing comfort and efficiency of this shirt were summarized from satisfaction survey.

The results showed that the average satisfaction value was 87%. It was also shown that at 100% satisfaction, the heating level was consistent and the heat was transferred to the whole back within 6 min, the long duration of aroma on the skin was acceptable, and wearing comfort was satisfied. This research would have advantages for people who has office syndrome issues. It was also suitable for herbal steam. Moreover, this knowledge and practice could be transferred to students, community enterprises, massage and spa, and any people who are interested.
