บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ปัจจัยการพัฒนาการปฏิบัติการขององค์กรเพื่อ การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ระดับคณะ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี 2) การมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษา เพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ระดับคณะ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และ 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษา เพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ระดับคณะ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือ บุคลากรที่ดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพของคณะ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 80 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยแบบเชิงพหุด้วยโปรแกรมทางสถิติ
สรุปผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญได้ดังนี้
- ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยด้านบุคคลและด้านการปฏิบัติการขององค์กรใน การพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ระดับคณะ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี อยู่ในระดับมาก
- ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษา เพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ระดับคณะ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี อยู่ในระดับมาก
- ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการพัฒนาสู่เกณฑ์คุณภาพเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) คือ การร่วมมือกันปฏิบัติงานทุกหน่วยงานและเจตคติได้ร้อยละ 78.30
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study were: 1) to investigate development of organizational operation factors towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) at the faculty level at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, to examine the participation of staff in the development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx), and 3) to find out the factors that influence staff participation in the development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx).
There were 80 participants selected from each faculty involved in quality assurance. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis by statistic program.
The results of this study can be summarized as follows. :
- The results of the analysis of data on personal and organizational factors in the development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) at the faculty level, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi at a high level.
- The level of staff participation in the development towards Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) at the faculty level, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi at a high level.
- The factors that have a statistically significant impact at the .05 level on personnel engagement in the development towards the quality criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) are the collaboration among all units and attitude, accounting for 78.30 percentage.
