บทคัดย่อ
การบริหารจัดการโครงการเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการดำเนินโครงการในสถาบันการศึกษา โดยเฉพาะในระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ซึ่งต้องอาศัยกระบวนการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สำนักบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี มีบทบาทในการสนับสนุนและกำกับดูแลโครงการด้านวิชาการเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานและเป้าหมายของมหาวิทยาลัย งานวิจัยนี้ ใช้โครงการพัฒนาหลักสูตรนานาชาติระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาเป็นกรณีศึกษา เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของโครงการ ตลอดจนสามารถนำผลการศึกษาไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงรูปแบบหรือแนวทางการบริหารจัดการโครงการในอนาคต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัย การบริหารจัดการโครงการและระดับปัจจัยความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการโครงการ 2) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการโครงการที่ส่งผลต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จ และ 3) ปัจจัย ที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกเด่นชัดที่ส่งผลต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการโครงการ ซึ่งแม้ว่ารูปแบบการจัดโครงการในปัจจุบันจะไม่ใช่ประเด็นหลักของการศึกษานี้ แต่ปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการโครงการอาจมีความเชื่อมโยงกับแนวทางการดำเนินโครงการที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป ซึ่งอาจเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดโครงการที่มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้นในอนาคต
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตรระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา จำนวน 80 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการโครงการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและสิ่งอานวยความสะดวกมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร ส่วนปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด สำหรับปัจจัยความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการโครงการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน โดยด้านการตอบสนองและด้านพฤติกรรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด 2) ปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการโครงการในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูงกับปัจจัยความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการโครงการในภาพรวม โดยเฉพาะปัจจัยด้านบุคลากรและด้านกระบวนการ ที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกเด่นชัดกับด้านการตอบสนองและด้านพฤติกรรม 3) ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากรและกระบวนการเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของโครงการด้านการตอบสนองได้ร้อยละ 70.00 และด้านพฤติกรรมได้ร้อยละ 65.00 ในขณะที่ปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณมีความสัมพันธ์ต่ำที่สุด ในบางมิติ เช่น ด้านผลลัพธ์และการตอบสนอง โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะจากผลการวิจัยคือ ผู้จัดโครงการและผู้บริหารสำนักบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ควรประเมินความเหมาะสม ของรูปแบบการจัดโครงการให้สอดคล้องกับสภาวการณ์ปัจจุบัน และศึกษารูปแบบการจัดโครงการ ใหม่ ๆ ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงให้ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของมหาวิทยาลัย ได้ดียิ่งขึ้น
ABSTRACT
Project management plays a crucial role in the success of academic projects, particularly at the graduate level, where efficient processes are essential. The Office of Graduate Studies at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi is responsible for supporting and overseeing academic projects to ensure alignment with the university’s standards and objectives. This study uses the Development of International Graduate Curriculum Project as a case study to gain in-depth insights into the factors influencing project success. The findings aim to contribute to the refinement of project management approaches and strategies for future improvements. The objectives of this study are to: 1) assess the levels of project management factors and project success factors, 2) analyze the relationships between project management factors and project success factors, and 3) identify key project management factors with strong positive correlations that significantly impact project success. Although the current project formats are not the primary focus of this study, the research findings suggest that project management factors are closely connected to evolving project implementation strategies. These insights could serve as a foundation for developing more effective and efficient project models in the future.
The population for this research consisted of 80 personnels from Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi who were responsible for managing graduate-level curricula. A rating scale questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Data analysis employed statistical methods, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between project management factors and success factors, and Multiple Regression Analysis was applied to identify key factors with significant positive relationships, at a significance level of 0.01.
The research findings revealed that : 1) Overall, project management factors were rated at a high level. Among these, the environment and facilities factor received the highest average score, followed by the personnel factor, while the budget factor had the lowest average score. Similarly, project success factors were also rated at a high level, with responsiveness and behavior having the highest average scores. 2) Project management factors showed a strong positive correlation with project success factors. Notably, the personnel and process factors demonstrated a significant positive correlation with responsiveness and behavior. 3) The personnel and process factors emerged as key determinants of project success. Specifically, they contributed 70.00% to responsiveness and 65.00% to behavioral success. Conversely, the budget factor exhibited the lowest correlation in certain dimensions, such as outcomes and responsiveness. Based on these findings, the study recommends that project organizers and administrators at the Office of Graduate Studies, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, evaluate the appropriateness of current project formats to align with evolving circumstances. Furthermore, exploring new and effective project models could help enhance project implementation and better address the university’s needs.
