The evaluation of the young professional curriculum in Salle De La Sagesse Club

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตร Young Professional ท้าทายฝันวิชาชุมนุมเมล็ดพันธุ์แห่งปรีชาญาณ โดยใช้แบบจำลองของซิปป์ (CIPP Model) เป็นรูปแบบในการประเมิน ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตร Young Professional ท้าทายฝัน วิชาชุมนุมเมล็ดพันธุ์แห่งปรีชาญาณ

กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ คณะผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน นักเรียน และผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนที่เรียนวิชาชุมนุมเมล็ดพันธุ์แห่งปรีชาญาณ จำนวน 267 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 4 ฉบับ มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และคำถามปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผลการประเมินหลักสูตร Young Professional ท้าทายฝัน วิชาชุมนุมเมล็ดพันธุ์แห่งปรีชาญาณ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด ทั้งในภาพรวม และแต่ละกลุ่มย่อย คือ ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียน และผู้ปกครอง 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาเอกสาร สัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารและครู ผลการศึกษาพบ 3 ประเด็นสำคัญ คือ 1) เอกสารหลักสูตรในเรื่องสาระการเรียนรู้ ควรระบุรายละเอียด เนื้อหา และแนวทางการดำเนินกิจกรรมที่ชัดเจน มีตัวอย่างกิจกรรม ใบงาน และมีเกณฑ์วัดประเมินผลนักเรียนที่สอดคล้องกับตัวบ่งชี้พฤติกรรมของนักเรียนของแต่ละระดับชั้น ตามพัฒนาการทางจิตใจและสังคมของเด็กวัยประถมศึกษา 2) ควรเพิ่มกิจกรรมให้นักเรียนเป็นผู้บันทึกพัฒนาการความก้าวหน้าในการเรียนด้วยตนเอง 3) ควรมีการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบผลการใช้หลักสูตรระหว่างการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบบูรณาการข้ามระดับชั้นกับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แยกแต่ละระดับชั้น

The purposes of this research were 1) to evaluate the young professional curriculum, which using CIPP model targeting on context, input, process and product, in Salle de La Sagesse club, and 2) to plan a road map for the development of the curriculum.

The sample group in this research was consisted of 267 subjects of school board members, teachers, students who were studying in Salle de La Sagesse club in the academic year 2014 and the students’ parents. The research instrument used for collecting data was four sets of Likert five-point scale questionnaires and open-ended questionnaires. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The research showed that 1) the appropriateness of the context, the input, the process and the product of the curriculum as a whole and on all aspects was in the very high level, 2) the curriculum development road map were as follows: 1) the content strands and lesson plans should have clearer explanation, more samples and more details. The worksheets should be individually designed. The activities and the measurement criteria should be designed for each class level to suit the student’s behavior indicators and the primary student mental and social development, 2) the self progression-tracking tasks for students should be added, and 3) there would be the further study in the comparison between the integrated multi-class levels activity and the single-class level activity.
