การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลความสำเร็จในการส่งออกผลิตภัณฑ์ปลาทูน่ากระป๋องไปยังต่างประเทศ : กรณีศึกษา บริษัท ไทยรวมสินพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม จำกัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ พนักงาน ระดับหัวหน้างาน และ ผู้บริหารระดับล่างของแต่ละฝ่ายภายในบริษัท ไทยรวมสินพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม จำกัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าอิสระประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นจำนวน 160 ชุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความสำเร็จขององค์กรกิจกรรมหลักขององค์กรในด้านการขนส่งขาเข้า การปฏิบัติการและการขนส่งขาออกมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความสำเร็จขององค์กร ส่วนด้านการตลาดและการขายและการบริการไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความสำเร็จขององค์กร และกิจกรรมสนับสนุนขององค์กรในด้านการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี และการจัดหาวัตถุดิบมีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความสำเร็จขององค์กร ส่วนด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานขององค์กรและการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความสำเร็จขององค์กร
The purpose of this independent study was to find the factors affecting on the successful export of the Tuna Products: a case study of Thai Union Manufacturing Company Limited. The samples used in this research were employees, supervisors, and executives of each department within Thai Union Manufacturing Company Limited. The research instruments used in this study were 160 copies of questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The finding of the study showed that there was no relation between the demographic factors and the import of organizational success. There was a relationship between the operations of outbound logistics and the organizational success. Whereas the marketing, sales and customer services had no relationship to the organizational success. The support activities of technology development also procurement were related to the success of the organization. The firm infrastructure and human resources management had no relationship to the organizational success.
