บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของโซเซียลเน็ตเวิร์คกับฟังก์ชั่นความร่วมมือต่อนวัตกรรมกระบวนการ ผ่านความร่วมมือ 2.0

กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านบริหารและงานวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จำนวน 370 คน

ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประชากรศาสตร์ พบว่า ผู้ตอบส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 25-35 ปี ระดับการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี รายได้ระหว่าง 18,001-26,000 บาทต่อเดือน ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับงานบริหาร และส่วนใหญ่มีการใช้งานโปรแกรมโซเซียลเน็ตเวิร์คผลการวิจัยพบว่า การใช้โซเซียลเน็ตเวิร์คมีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงาน ส่วนใหญ่ใช้เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือภายในองค์การ มีการให้ความสำคัญต่อการบันทึกข้อมูล ปรับปรุง นำมาใช้งาน แยกแยะและติดตาม นำข้อคิดเห็นต่าง ๆ มาสนับสนุนความคิด เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือ ในปัจจุบันช่วยให้การทำงานมีช่องทางใหม่ ๆ มีเทคนิคใหม่ การให้บริการมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น เพิ่มความรวดเร็วในการทำงาน มีกระบวนการทำงานดีกว่าเดิม มีความทันสมัยในการปฏิบัติงาน และปรับปรุงขั้นตอนในการทำงาน การวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้างพบว่า การใช้งานโซเซียลเน็ตเวิร์คมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความร่วมมือ ความร่วมมือในด้านต่าง ๆ มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความร่วมมือ 2.0 และความร่วมมือ 2.0 มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อนวัตกรรมกระบวนการ

This research aimed to study the relationship between social network and collaboration function and process innovation through collaboration 2.0.

370 samples were the people who worked involve in management and academic job at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.

The results showed that most respondents were female, age between 25-35 years, bachelor degree, average income 18,001-26,000 baht/month, work involved in management and use social network program. The findings reveled that social network influenced job performance in collaboration within organization, concern about store information, improve, implement, digest and follow. Retrieving comments to create collaboration. Social network in current support them to find new channel to work, new techniques, improve services, improve speed, improve process of work, up-to-date in process and improve work process. The result from structural equation analysis showed that social network positively influenced to collaboration 2.0 and collaboration 2.0 positively influenced to process innovation.
