บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบรายงานในรูปแบบออนไลน์ในรูปแบบดาต้าวิชวลไลเซชัน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากร จำนวน 5 คน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าฝ่าย และผู้เกี่ยวข้องในการนำรายงานไปใช้ประโยชน์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ต้นแบบระบบรายงานออนไลน์ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบรายงานออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ขอมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่าระบบรายงานการใช้ห้องเรียนออนไลน์แบบดาต้าวิชวลไลเซชัน ประกอบด้วย 1) รายงานการใช้งานในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องของห้องเรียนออนไลน์ D-Learn 2) รายงานระบบการทดสอบออนไลน์ และ ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจผู้ใช้ระบบรายงาน อยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.6 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ คือ 0.36
Abstract
The purpose of this research was to develop an online reporting system through data visualization formats. The population in this study included 5 people, consisting of the executive, the head of the department, and report users. In-depth interview, online report prototype, and satisfaction questionnaire were used as the research tools. The content analysis was used for analyzing data.
The results revealed that the development of an online reporting system through visualization formats comprised: 1) the D-Learn online classroom report and 2) the online testing system report. Additionally, the users’ satisfaction was at a very good level with a mean of 4.6 and a standard deviation of 0.36.
