Relationship between Strategic Leadership of School Administrators and Effectiveness of Schools under Saraburi Secondary Education Service Area Office

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สระบุรี
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2564 มีจำนวน 306 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้วิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขต พื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขต พื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสระบุรี อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สระบุรี มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) investigate the strategic leadership of school administrators under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, 2) examine the effectiveness of schools under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) explore the relationship between strategic leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of schools under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office.
The research samples consisted of 306 administrators and teachers under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The samples were derived from cluster sampling in the academic year 2021. The research instrument was a five-point scales questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient.
The research results revealed that: 1) the strategic leadership of school administrators under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level, 2) the effectiveness of schools was at a high level, and 3) the strategic leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of schools under Saraburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office had a moderate positive relationship at the statistical significance level of .01.
