บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นอยู่จริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์องค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี และ 2) นำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารและครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี จำนวน 345 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบตอบสนองคู่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNIModified) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการส่งเสริมองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการส่งเสริมองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษาค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา ได้แก่ (1) การส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตที่ดีภายในครอบครัว (2) การสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรเกื้อกูลกัน (3) การส่งเสริม วินัยทางการเงิน (4) การส่งเสริมการนำหลักการทางศาสนามาประยุกต์ใช้ในการใช้ชีวิต (5) การเพิ่มพูนความรู้เพื่อพัฒนางาน (6) การบริหารเวลา (7) การส่งเสริมสุขภาพกาย และ (8) การสร้างความรักสามัคคีตามลำดับ
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the current state and the desirable state of happy workplace organization of schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani, and 2) propose guidelines for promoting happy workplace organization of schools.
The sample group of this research was selected using stratified random sampling which consisted of 345 administrators and teachers in schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani. The research instrument was a dual response questionnaire. The data were analyzed by the statistical analysis of percentage, mean, and standard deviation, Priority Needs Index (PNI Modified) and content analysis.
The research results revealed that: 1) the current state of happy workplace organization of schools was at the high level, and the desirable state of happy workplace organization of schools was at the highest level, and 2) the guidelines for promoting happy workplace organization of schools included the following items: (1) promotinggood mental health within the family, (2) creating a corporate culture, ( 3) promoting financial discipline, (4) promoting the application of religious principles in life, (5) enhancing knowledge to improve work, (6) time management, (7) promoting physical health, and (8) creating harmony, respectively.
