บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลในการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้าของบุคลากร ที่ลาศึกษาต่อในประเทศ 2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลในการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้าของบุคลากรที่ลาศึกษาต่อในประเทศ และ3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีผลในการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้าของบุคลากรที่ ลาศึกษาต่อในประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นบุคลากรสายวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีที่ไม่สามารถสำเร็จการศึกษาได้ในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดและบุคลากรที่ยื่นขอขยายเวลาการศึกษา รวม 34 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่มีผลในการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้าฯ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (μ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบด้วยสถิติ t-test และ F-test โดยใช้สถิติค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Analysis of Variance: One-way ANOVA) และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีผลในการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้าของบุคลากรที่ลาศึกษาต่อในประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผล ในการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้าของบุคลากรที่ลาศึกษาต่อในประเทศอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เป็นลำดับแรก รองลงมา คือ ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนตัวของบุคลากร อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า คุณลักษณะอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ ยังขาดความรับผิดชอบและความเอาใจใส่ในการให้คำปรึกษา และไม่ค่อยให้ความชัดเจนในข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางปรับปรุงแก้ไขวิทยานิพนธ์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลในการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้าของบุคลากรที่ลาศึกษาต่อในประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า เพศหญิงมีความคิดเห็นว่าปัจจัยด้านสถานภาพของครอบครัวมีผล ในการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้า สูงกว่าเพศชาย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบอายุ ผลการเรียนเฉลี่ย และประสบการณ์การทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่มีผลในการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้าไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลในการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้าของบุคลากรที่ลาศึกษาต่อในประเทศ พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านสถานภาพของครอบครัว ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเพื่อน และด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก มีความสัมพันธ์กับการสำเร็จการศึกษาล่าช้าของบุคลากรที่ลาศึกษาต่อในประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the factors affecting the delayed graduation of personnel who are on leave to study in the country. 2) to compare the factors affecting the delayed graduation of personnel studying in the country. and 3) to study the relationship between factors affecting the delayed graduation of personnel who are on leave to study in the country of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The samples consisted of 34 people the academic personnel of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi who are unable to complete their studies within the specified period and personnel who applied for extension of study time. The instruments used in the research was the questionnaire on factors affecting delayed graduation of personnel studying in the country. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and t-test and F-test for Comparative analysis with statistic, Using one-way variance statistic (One-way analysis of Variance: One-way ANOVA) and analyze the relationship between factors affecting delayed graduation of personnel who are on leave to study in the country of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi by using the Pearson coefficient of correlation.
The results of the research indicated that: 1) The factors in characteristics of thesis advisors is the first factor that results in the delayed graduation of personnel who take leave to study in the country at the highest level. The next result is the factor of personal characteristics of personnel at a high level. Considering each item, it was found that the characteristics of thesis advisors include a lack of responsibility and care in advising. Rarely provides clarity in recommendations and guidelines for revising the thesis at the highest level. 2) To compare the factors affecting the delayed graduation of personnel studying in the country of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. It was found that females have the opinion that family status factors have a higher effect on delayed graduation than males at the statistically significant level of .05. Analysis of results by comparing age, average grades and different work experiences The opinions on factors affecting delayed graduation at the statistically significant level of .05. and 3) The analysis of the relationship of factors affecting the delayed graduation of personnel who are on leave to study in the country found that the family status factors relationship between friends and facilities. There are relationships with the delayed graduation of personnel who are on leave to study in the country of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi at the statistically significant level of .05.
