Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Secondary School Administration in the New Normal Era under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในยุคนิวนอร์มัล สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี และ 2) ยืนยันองค์ประกอบที่เหมาะสมของการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในยุคนิวนอร์มัล สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานีจำนวน 462 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์สถิติสำเร็จรูปเพื่อคำนวณหาค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในยุคนิวนอร์มัล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ กลยุทธ์ การพัฒนาครูและบุคลากร ภาวะผู้นำ การพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน และเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล 2) ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบที่เหมาะสมของการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในยุคนิวนอร์มัล สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี พบว่า โมเดลองค์ประกอบของการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในยุคนิวนอร์มัล สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาปทุมธานี สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่า Chi-Square = 46.722 ค่า p = 0.185 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) = 0.989 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) = 0.949 และค่าประมาณความคลาดเคลื่อนของรากกำลังที่สองเฉลี่ย (RMSEA) = 0.021
Abstract
The study aimed to: 1) investigate the factors of the secondary school administration model in the new normal era under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani, and 2) attest the accurate factors of the secondary school administration model.
The samples consisted of 462 teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani. The instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire was equal to 0.91. The data was analyzed by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program for calculating frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and confirmatory factor analysis.
The research results revealed that: 1) the factors of the secondary school administration in the new normal era under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani consisted of five elements, namely strategy, teacher and personnel development, leadership, student quality development, and digital technology. 2) The accurate factor of the secondary school administration model appeared that the model fit to the empirical data with Chi-Square of 46.722. The p value was 0.185. The Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) was 0.989. The Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index (AGFI) was 0.949; and the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) was 0.021.
