Nano  titanium  dioxide  acts  as  a  photocatalysy,  which  has  strong  oxidizing  effect  when  activated  by  ultraviolet  light  such  as  sunlight.  The  efficiencies  of  a  photoclyst  are  stain  decomposition  (cigarette  tar,oil),  antifogging  usage  (hydrophilic  usage),  airtreatment  (organic  compound)  and  anti-bacteria
