บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กร กรณีศึกษา ธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ (ส านักงานใหญ่) โดยศึกษาถึงปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับงาน พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กร และศึกษาถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับงานกับพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรของพนักงานธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ (ส านักงานใหญ่) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ พนักงานธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ (ส านักงานใหญ่) จ านวน 350 ตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน โดยทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ t – test, F – test และสถิติสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์ (Correlation Coefficient) โดยก าหนดระดับนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุอยู่ในช่วง 41 – 50 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีสถานภาพสมรส มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนระหว่าง 25,001 – 35,000 บาท มีระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์การมาแล้ว 15 ปีขึ้นไป มีระดับต าแหน่งงานต ่ากว่าระดับ 6 ส าหรับผลการศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับงานโดยรวม พบว่า อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก และผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

ส่วนการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่าพนักงานธนาคารอาคารสงเคราะห์ (ส านักงานใหญ่) มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส รายได้ต่อเดือน ระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานในองค์กร และระดับต าแหน่งงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ยกเว้นด้านเพศ ส่วนการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับงานกับพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กร พบว่า ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชามีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กรอย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันในระดับสูง

The purposes of this research were to study the good member behaviors in the organization, as a case study of Government Housing Bank (Head Office), by studying demographic factors, factors related to work, good member behaviors in the organization, and correlation of factors related to work and good member behaviors in the organization of employees at Government Housing Bank (Head Office). The sample group in this study was 350 employees at Government Housing Bank (Head Office). The sampling method was a stratified random sampling. Questionnaires were the research tool used to collect data. The statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, pair-wise comparison using LSD, and correlation coefficient at 0.05 statistical significance level.

The results found that most of the respondents were females, 41-50 years old, Bachelor’s degree, married, 25,001-35,000 Baht of monthly income, more than 15 years of working experience in the organization, and position lower than level 6. The results of opinion level on factors related to overall work were in the high level and the respondents had good member behaviors in the organization in the high level.

The hypotheses testing results found that the differences of demographic data in age, educational level, marital status, monthly income, period of time working in the organization, and working position level had different behaviors of being a good member in the organization at the statistically significant level of 0.05. The correlation testing between factors related to work and good member behaviors in the organization found that the relationship with superiors highly correlated to good member behaviors in the organization in the same direction at the statistically significant level of 0.05.
