ความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังและของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของความคาดหวังและความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ต่อการจัดการศึกษาคณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม และเพื่อวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษากับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษาคณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี จานวน 373 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Sampling) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test ค่า F-test และค่า Pearson’s Product Moment Cancellation ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
ผลการค้นคว้าอิสระพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ พบว่า เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 18 – 20 ปี กาลังศึกษาอยู่ชั้นปีที่ 1 หลักสูตร 4 ปี สาขาการบัญชีและการเงิน มีเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม ระหว่าง 2.00 – 3.00 และมีภูมิลาเนาอยู่ต่างจังหวัด ผลการประเมินความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า ความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความคาดหวังอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลาดับได้ดังนี้ ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน ด้านกิจกรรมการสอน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านบริการทางวิชาการ และด้านหลักสูตร และผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านสาขาวิชา เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม และภูมิลาเนามีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีแตกต่างกัน สาหรับปัจจัยด้านเพศ อายุ ชั้นปีการศึกษา และหลักสูตร มีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีไม่แตกต่างกัน ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษาคณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน ด้านกิจกรรมการสอน ด้านหลักสูตร และด้านบริการทางวิชาการมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านอาคารสถานที่ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และผลการทดสอบสมมุติฐาน พบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านภูมิลาเนา มีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีแตกต่างกัน สาหรับปัจจัยด้านเพศ อายุ ชั้นปีการศึกษา หลักสูตร สาขาวิชา และเกรดเฉลี่ยสะสม มีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีไม่แตกต่างกัน ผลการทดสอบสมมุติฐานความคาดหวังของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า ความคาดหวังกับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการจัดการศึกษา คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี โดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์ไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน โดยมีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
The objective of this independent study is to investigate the expectations of undergraduate students of education faculty of business administration Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The purpose is to compare the difference of the expectations and the satisfaction of the RMUTT Bachelor’ s Degree students to the educational management of the Faculty of Business Administration. It is classified according to the individual factors of the respondents. In addition, the information is analyzed to find out the correlation of RMUTT students’ expectations and their satisfaction to the educational management in the Faculty of Business Administration. The population of this study are 375 RMUTT Bachelor’ s Degree students in the Faculty of Business Administration. Questionnaires are used as instruments to collect data with stratified sampling. The analyzing statistics employed are frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and Pearson’ s Product Moment Cancellation. The researcher defines the statistic significance at 0.05.
The results reveal that most of the respondents are female and are at the age of between 18 – 20. They are studying in the first year of 4 year courses in Accounting and Finance. Their GPA are between 2.00 – 3.00. Their domiciles are in other provinces. The result of RMUTT students’ expectations to the educational management of the Faculty of Business Administration in the whole and individual aspects are at much level. They are ranked as follows; instructors, pedagogy activities, buildings and academic sites, academic services, and curriculums. According to the hypothesis testing, individual factors of studying fields, GPA, and domiciles variegate the expectations to the educational management of the Faculty of Business Administration, RMUTT. On the other hand, the factors of genders, age, academic years, and curriculums do not variegate the students’ expectations. Further to the evaluation of the RMUTT students’ satisfaction to the educational management, it is found that the satisfaction in the whole view is at much level in the following aspects; instructors, pedagogy activities, and academic services. Moreover, buildings and academic sites satisfy the students at moderate level. In addition, the result of hypothesis testing indicates that the individual factor of domicile variegates different satisfaction to the educational management in the Faculty of Business Administration, RMUTT. However, the factors of genders, age, academic year, curriculums, fields of studies, and GPA do not variegate any students’ satisfaction to the educational management. On the whole, the expectations and satisfaction of RMUTT Bachelor’s Degree students in the Faculty of Business Administration have correlation in the same way. Such correlation is at moderate level.
