บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
การศึกษาเรื่องความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารการศึกษาในรูปแบบการใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครนายกในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารการศึกษาโดย ใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครนายก และเพื่อศึกษาระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารการศึกษาโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครนายกโดยประชากรที่ใช้คือ ครู ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครนายกปีการศึกษา 2553 จาก 103 โรงเรียน จำนวน 1,170 คนกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูผู้สอนจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 290 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1.ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญาและด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคลตามลำดับและความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในแต่ละด้าน พบว่า ด้านบริหารทั่วไป มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านวิชาการด้านงบประมาณ และด้านการบริหารตามลำดับ
2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง กับการบริหารการศึกษาโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับมากโดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.853 ที่นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01
This research aims to study the characteristics of transformational leadership and educational administration in the form of School-Based Management (SBM) of school sunder the Office of Nakhon Nayok Education Service and to study the level of relationship between transformational leadership and educational administration by using the form of School-Based Management (SBM).Within this research, the population were the teachers in the Office area of Nakhon Nayokin academic year 2010 from 103 schools in total 1,170 teachers and 290 teachers were used as the sample. The data was analyzed by mean, percentage, standard deviation and correlation coefficient.
The research reveals that :
1. The Teachers’ opinion about administrators’ transformational leadershipfound the appropriate at the high level. For the others , the urging of the inspiration is the most appropriate and then the idealistic influence, the intellectual stimulationand the respect in the individuals consecutively. For the opinion about educational administration in the form of School-Based Management (SBM) found the appropriate at high level.For other aspects, found that the general administration is the most appropriate and then the academic matter, the budget and the management respectively.
2. The relationship between the transformational leadership and the Management of Educational Administration in the form of SBM is almost positive with the correlation coefficient at 0.853 and the level of statistical significance at the .01.
