บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาถึงระดับประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของงานการเงิน วิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทรา ศึกษาความแตกต่างของประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของงานการเงิน วิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทรา และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของงานการเงินวิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทรา
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาบุคลากรในวิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 126 คนใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที (Independent Samples t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) การเปรียบเทียบเชิงซ้อน โดยใช้วิธี LSD (Fisher’s Least – Significant Different)
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาย มีอายุ 20 – 30 ปี จบการศึกษาสูงสุดในระดับปริญญาตรี มีตำแหน่งงานเป็นครู มีประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปี ส่วนมากมีรายได้ 10,000 – 20,000 บาท ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของงานการเงิน วิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทรา พบว่า ในภาพรวมประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของงานการเงินอยู่ในระดับสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.03 โดยเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการมีประสิทธิภาพสูงที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.07 รองลงมาเป็นด้านความถูกต้องตามระเบียบ มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.05 ส่วนผลการศึกษาความแตกต่างของประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของงานการเงิน วิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทรา พบว่าประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของงานการเงินวิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทรามีความแตกต่างกันตามตำแหน่งงาน ระดับปัจจัยการดำเนินการด้านแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน ปัจจัยการดำเนินการด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน และปัจจัยด้านการดำเนินการด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ส่วนปัจจัยเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุด ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และรายได้ต่อเดือน ไม่มีผลทำให้ประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานของงานการเงินวิทยาลัยเทคนิคฉะเชิงเทราแตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the efficiency of financial operations, Chachoengsao Technical Collage, 2) to study the differences in performance in the financial sector, Chachoengsao Technical Collage, and 3) to study the way to increase efficiency in the financial sector, Chachoengsao Technical Collage. The samples used in the study personnel in Chachoengsao Technical Collage
Samples group in this study consisted of 126 employees in Chachoengsao Technical College. Using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. Data were analyzed with Frequency, Percentage, Arithmetic Mean and Standard Deviation, Independent Samples t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Multiple Comparison using LSD (Fisher’s Least- Significant Different)
The result of the study sample, found that the majority of men aged 20-30 years in the graduate degree, a job as a teacher, experience of work over than 10 years and most of the salary from 10,000-20,000 baht. The results of the operations financial performances, Chachoengsao Technical Collage, found that the overall efficiency of the financial sector remained high with an average of 4.03 , it was also found that the satisfaction of our users have the highest average of 4.07, the second is the accuracy in accordance with an average of 4.05. The study of the efficiency of financial operations, Chachoengsao Technical Collage found that the efficiency in the operation of financial Chachoengsao Technical Collage with different jobs, level of the implementation of the incentive to work, the implementation of the environment, and the process of the environmental factors at work. The factors of gender, age, level of education, work experience and monthly income not effect on the effective implementation different of financial Chachoengsao Technical Collage.
