Relationship between instructional leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of Samkhok school under Pathum thani provincial administration organization

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสามโคกสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียนสามโคกสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียนสามโคกสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนสามโคกสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี ประจำปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 198 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ของ เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสามโคกสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียนสามโคกสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับประสิทธิผลการบริหารโรงเรียนสามโคกสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This research was to study 1) the level of instructional leadership of school administrators in Samkhok School under Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization, 2) the level of effectiveness of Samkhok School under Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization, and 3) the relationship between instructional leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of Samkhok School under Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization. The population of this research was 198 teachers of Samkhok School under Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization in the academic year 2016. The research instrument was questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research findings showed that 1) the level of instructional leadership of school administrators in Samkhok School under Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization as a whole aspect was at high level, 2) the level of effectiveness of Samkhok School under Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization as a whole aspect was at high level, and 3) the relationship between instructional leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of Samkhok School under Pathum Thani Provincial Administration Organization revealed positive relationship at high level with statistical significance at .01
