บทคัดย่อ
ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้ศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อออกแบบและจัดทำคู่มือช่วยปฏิบัติงานเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมการพิมพ์เบื้องต้น : อาคารโรงพิมพ์ คณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2 และ 3 สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์ คณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน
ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการเรียบเรียงเนื้อหา ร่างต้นฉบับ เพื่อจัดทำหนังสือคู่มือต้นแบบ 3 เครื่องจักรคือเครื่องไสสันทากาว, เครื่องพิมพ์ระบบออฟเซตป้อนแผ่น, เครื่องตัดกิโยติน เพื่อเป็นแนวทางแกนักศึกษาหรือผู้ที่สนใจสามารถปฏิบัติงานกับเครื่องจักรอย่างถูกวิธีและมีความปลอดภัยในการทำงานซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในทดสอบ คือ แบบทดสอบภาคทฤษฎี, แบบทดสอบภาคปฏิบัติและแบบสำรวจความพึงพอใจด้านการออกแบบ และด้านประสิทธิภาพการใช้งาน โดยใช้เครื่องมือทางสถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และในด้านการปฏิบัติงานมีความสัมฤทธิ์ผลในการใช้งานหนังสือคู่มือช่วยปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งสามารถจัดทำคู่มือช่วยปฏิบัติงานเครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมการพิมพ์เบื้องต้น : อาคารโรงพิมพ์ คณะเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารมวลชน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี มีเนื้อหาครอบคลุมเกี่ยวกับส่วนประกอบและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานเบื้องต้น โดยมีรูปเล่มขนาด A5 ด้านเนื้อหามีความถูกต้อง ชัดเจน เข้าใจง่าย และมีปริมาณที่เหมาะสม มีการจัดวางเนื้อหาแบบรวมทั้ง 3 เครื่องโดยมีภาพประกอบเป็นภาพถ่ายจริงที่ตรงตามเนื้อหา สวยงาม และเข้าใจง่าย มีการออกแบบกราฟิกแบบเรียบง่าย ซึ่งมีการจัดพิมพ์สี่สี ด้วยระบบดิจิทัล (Digital Printing) โดยปกเป็นกระดาษเคลือบผิว 230 แกรม เนื้อในเป็นกระดาษไม่เคลือบผิว 120 แกรม ทำการเข้าเล่มแบบไสสันทากาว
Abstract
The aim of this study is to Media Production of Guidelines for Use of Preliminary Printing Machinery: Print Operations Center of faculty of Mass Communication Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The study sample consisted of Year 2 and Year 3 students, majoring in Printing Technology, faculty of Mass Communication Technology.
The researcher has compiled the original drafts to prepare 3 master-class manuals for use in the survey. The instruments used in the study was a questionnaire survey design. Quiz and survey operations. Using statistical tools for data analysis, percentage. Average And standard deviation in percentage.
The study indicated that the sample was satisfied at the highest level. In the field of operation, the effectiveness of the manual was at the highest level. The printing industry manual can be prepared as follows: Printing Building Faculty of Mass Communication Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi Comprehensive content about components and the basic operation. The content of A5 content is accurate, clear, and easy to understand and have the right amount. There are 3 full-featured layouts, illustrated with real-life illustrations that are both beautiful and easy to understand. Simple graphic design. Four colors are available. Digital Printing is coated with 230 g/m2 of coated paper, 120 g/m2 of non-coated paper and using binding for the book.
