บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานของงานวิชาการ งานทะเบียนและวัดผล วิทยาลัยการแพทย์แผนไทย มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนางานวิชาการ งานทะเบียนและวัดผล วิทยาลัยการแพทย์แผนไทย มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี ราชมงคลธัญบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษา อาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ ที่รับบริการงานวิชาการ งานทะเบียนและวัดผล ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 200 คน จำแนกเป็นนักศึกษา จำนวน 175 คน อาจารย์ จำนวน 15 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ จำนวน 10 คน กาหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรของ Yamane เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง (Structure Interview) ลักษณะเป็นคาถามปลายเปิด (Open Question) โดยมีความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พบว่า กระบวนการและขั้นตอนการให้บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 3.83) ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄ = 3.95) ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄= 3.83) ด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄= 3.88) และด้านแผนปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̄= 3.90) และผลการศึกษาด้านแนวทางการพัฒนา พบว่า ควรมี Flow chart ของงานต่าง ๆ เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่เพียงพอ สถานที่ตั้งยังไม่เหมาะสม ควรเพิ่มสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับผู้มารับบริการ คุณภาพการให้บริการอยู่ในระดับดี และควรเพิ่มช่องทางการประชาสัมพันธ์แผนปฏิบัติงาน


Abstract

The objectives of this study were to study the operation of academic work, and to study the guidelines for the development of academic work of the Registration and Measurement Unit at the Thai Traditional Medicine College, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. This research studied 200subjects, which consisted of 175 students, 15 faculty members, and 10 staff members, who received assistance from the registration and measurement unit in 2020.The sample size was calculated according to Tarc Yamane. The research instrument was a valuation questionnaire, and structured interview with open-ended questions and confidence level of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, and standard deviations.

The findings showed that satisfaction levels of service processes and procedures was high (x̄=3.83), satisfaction of service personnel was high (x̄=3.95), satisfaction of facilities was high (x̄=3.83), satisfaction of service quality was high (x̄=3.88), and satisfaction of action plan was high (x̄=3.90). The results of the study on improvement guidelines found that flow charts for various tasks should be published, the number of staff is insufficient, the location is unsuitable and more facilities should be added for users. However, the quality of service is currently at a good level, and more channels could be added to publicize the unit’s action plan.
