A study of Problems of Lecturers in Bachelor’s Degree Programs in the Faculty of Technical Education Regarding the Publication and Dissemination of Academic Works

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาของอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรี เกี่ยวกับการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม 2) เปรียบเทียบปัญหาอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรีเกี่ยวกับการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ จำแนกตาม เพศ ประสบการณ์ การทำงาน ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ตำแหน่งทางบริหาร และผลตอบแทนที่ได้รับ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรีคณะครุศาสตร์ อุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 58 ท่าน โดยเป็นการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราวัดประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งจำแนก รายด้าน 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลในการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านการ สนับสนุนการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และด้าน การติดตามการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาอาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรีเกี่ยวกับการเผยแพร่ผลงานทาง วิชาการ จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ ตำแหน่งทางบริหาร และผลตอบแทนที่ได้รับ ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
Abstract
This research aimed to 1 ) investigate the problems and obstacles of lecturers in Bachelor degree programs to academic publication in the Faculty of Technical Education, and 2) compare the problems and obstacles of lecturers in Bachelor degree programs to academic publication classified by gender, work experience, academic position, administrative position and return
The population in the study consisted of 5 8 lecturers of the Faculty of Technical Education. The research instrument was a five-scale questionnaire. Statistical data analysis comprised frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-Test, and F-Test
The results revealed that : 1) problems and obstacles to publishing academic work Overall, it is at a high level. which is classified into 3 areas: access to information in the dissemination of academic work at a high level Supporting the dissemination of academic works by the Faculty of Industrial Education is at a moderate level and monitoring the dissemination of academic works of the Faculty of Industrial Education. at a high level 2) the comparison of the problem and obstacles to academic publication classified by gender, work experience, academic position, administrative position and return showed no significant difference at the level of 0.05
