บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี 2) แนวทางการพัฒนา การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน335 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษา และแบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการพัฒนาการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี ที่มีนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมมากที่สุดคือ ด้านทักษะเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล รองลงมาคือ ด้านกีฬา นันทนาการและการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และด้านวิชาการที่ส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ น้อยที่สุด 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษา ด้านกีฬานันทนาการและการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของกิจกรรมด้านกีฬา นันทนาการและการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ด้านเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมและส่งเสริมศิลปวัฒนธรรมไทย จัดกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน เพื่อความทันสมัย และน่าสนใจ ด้านวิชาการที่ส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ บูรณาการกิจกรรมให้เชื่อมโยงกับวิชาที่นักศึกษาเรียน มีกิจกรรมที่หลากหลายตามความถนัดของนักศึกษา ด้านบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ และรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม ประชาสัมพันธ์กิจกรรมหลากหลายช่องทาง และเป็นกิจกรรมแนวใหม่ ด้านทักษะเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคล จัดกิจกรรมในลักษณะกลุ่มสัมพันธ์เพื่อละลายพฤติกรรม ปรับทัศนคติ ให้อยู่ร่วมกับสังคมได้ และสอดแทรกการรู้จักบริหารจัดการตัวเองคิดเป็น ทำเป็น แก้ปัญหาได้
Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study student participation in activities at the Faculty of Technical Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, and 2 ) develop guidelines for improving student participation in activities at the same faculty. The sample consisted of 335 undergraduate students enrolled in the first semester of the 2019 academic year. The research tools included a student activity participation questionnaire and an interview form for developing participation guidelines. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, and content analysis.
The findings revealed that 1 ) The activity with the highest level of student participation was interpersonal skill development, followed by sports, recreation, and health promotion, while academic activities promoting desirable graduate characteristics had the lowest level of participation. 2) Guidelines for improving student participation included promoting the importance of sports, recreation, and healthrelated activities, organizing activities that are relevant and engaging in the current context for morality, ethics, and cultural promotion, integrating academic activities that support desirable graduate characteristics with relevant coursework, offering a variety of activities catering to students’ interests, using diverse channels for promoting
community service and environmental activities, and organizing group activities to foster interpersonal skills, encourage behavior adaptation, social integration, and selfmanagement skills.
