บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหน้าที่ทางการจัดการ องค์ประกอบของการสื่อสาร และบรรยากาศในการทางาน กับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโครงการของธุรกิจพลังงานทดแทน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในบริษัท เค พี เอ็น กรีน เอ็นเนอจี โซลูชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 153 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุ 26 – 30 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ดำรงตำแหน่งวิศวกรโครงการ Project Engineer และมีระยะเวลาการทำงาน 2 – 5 ปี ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นว่าโครงการธุรกิจพลังงานทดแทนมีความชัดเจนในหน้าที่ทางการจัดการ องค์ประกอบของการสื่อสาร บรรยากาศในการทางานและประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโครงการของธุรกิจพลังงานทดแทนอยู่ในระดับมาก
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า หน้าที่ทางการจัดการ องค์ประกอบของการสื่อสาร และบรรยากาศในการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิภาพการบริหารโครงการของธุรกิจพลังงานทดแทนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
ABSTRACT
This independent study aimed to investigate the relationship among management functions, communication components, work climate, and management efficiency of a renewable energy project. The sample consisted of 153 employees in KPN Green Energy Solution (Public Company) Limited. The research instrument used for collecting data was questionnaire. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.
It was found that most of the participants were project engineers. They were males, aged between 26 Minus 30 years, graduated a bachelor’s degree, and had been working for 2 Minus 5 years. Most of them believed that the management functions, the communication components, the work climate, and the management efficiency of the renewable energy project were at the high level.
The results revealed that the management functions, the communication components, and the work climate were positively related to the management efficiency of the renewable energy project at a significant level of 0.05.
