การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นอยู่จริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะวิชาชีพของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ สาขาวิชาช่างไฟฟ้ากำลัง จังหวัดลพบุรี และ 2) เสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะวิชาชีพของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ สาขาวิชาช่างไฟฟ้ากำลัง จังหวัดลพบุรี
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูประจาแผนกวิชาช่างไฟฟ้ากำลัง จำนวน 75 คน และผู้ประกอบการ จำนวน 171 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบตอบสนองคู่ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI Modified) และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นอยู่จริงของการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะวิชาชีพของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ สาขาวิชาช่างไฟฟ้ากาลัง จังหวัดลพบุรี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะวิชาชีพของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ สาขาวิชาช่างไฟฟ้ากำลัง จังหวัดลพบุรี ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 2) แนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะวิชาชีพของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ สาขาวิชาช่างไฟฟ้ากำลัง จังหวัดลพบุรี ได้แก่ (1) เน้นการฝึกปฏิบัติให้มีทักษะที่ชำนาญอย่างจริงจังและสม่ำเสมอ (2) สร้างทัศนคติที่ดีเกี่ยวกับการทำงานและความปลอดภัย (3) สนับสนุนครุภัณฑ์และวัสดุฝึกให้พร้อมใช้งาน เช่น ชุดฝึกปฏิบัติการควบคุมการหมุนของมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า เป็นต้น และ (4) สนับสนุนสื่อการสอนที่ทันสมัยรองรับการทางานในสถานประกอบการตามลำดับ
Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the actual and desirable states for promoting the professional competencies of vocational students at the Department of Electrical Power in Lopburi province, and 2) to propose guidelines for the promotion of the professional competencies of the target students. The samples of this study involved 75 school administrators and teachers at the Department of Electrical Power, as well as 171 entrepreneurs. The samples were selected based on a stratified sampling. The research instrument was a dual-response questionnaire with the reliability of 0.97. The data were analyzed by the statistical analysis of percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, PNI Modified, and content analysis.
The results of this research were as follows: 1) the overall actual state in promoting the professional competencies of the samples was at a high level, whilst the overall desirable state of the promotion was at the highest level, and 2) guidelines for the promotion of the professional proficiencies of the target vocational students included the following: (1) the deliberate and regular practices must be emphasized in order to enhance students’ skills, (2) the development of positive attitudes towards work and safety should be conducted, (3) equipment and training materials should be made available for use such as an electric motor control training set, and (4) support in the form of modern teaching materials should be made at the workplace.
