บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้กับการจัดการความรู้ของพนักงานบริษัท อเมริกัน สแตนดาร์ด บีแอนด์เค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 352 ตัวอย่างเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วน
เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของสองกลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนทาง

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พนักงานบริษัทอเมริกัน สแตนดาร์ด บีแอนด์เค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) มีปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้ของพนักงานด้านภาวะผู้นำ แรงจูงใจในการทำงานสัมฤทธิ์ผล และการเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และพบว่าพนักงานที่มีเพศ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ และประสบการณ์ทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการความรู้ของบริษัทแตกต่างกัน และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้ของพนักงานทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำ แรงจูงใจในการทำงานสัมฤทธิ์ผล และการเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ มี

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between employees’ learning influential factors and knowledge management of American Standard B And K (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The data were collected from Three-hundred and fiftytwo samples by using questionnaires. Statistical tools employed for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent sample t – test, One-Way
Analysis of Variance, and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The study found that the opinion on learning influential factors of the respondents was considered as highly agree in all aspects: leadership, achievement motive, and being a learning person. The findings also revealed that the differences on gender, educational level, monthly income, and work experience had differences in opinion on the overall knowledge management of American Standard B And K (Thailand) Public Company Limited. In term of the correlation between learning influential factors and company knowledge management
found that respondents’ leadership, achievement motive, and being a learning person correlated positively with employees’ opinion on company knowledge management.
