บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล และ พฤติกรรมของ ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการตัดสินใจซื้อเครื่องมือช่าง ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ในสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการสำรวจข้อมูลจำนวน 188 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยการใช้การวิเคราะห์แปรปรวนทางเดียว ในกรณีพบค่าความแตกต่างจะท าการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่แบบ เชฟเฟ

ผลการศึกษา พบว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุช่วง 31 – 40 ปี มีระดับการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี มีสถานภาพสมรส มีตำแหน่งบุคลากรในฝ่ายวิศวกรรม/ซ่อมบำรุง และมีประสบการณ์ในการรู้จักเครื่องมือช่าง 1 – 5 ปี จะมีพฤติกรรมในเลือกซื้อประเภทเครื่องมือไฟฟ้า เครื่องมือช่างพื้นฐานที่เลือกซื้อจะเป็นเครื่องมืออื่นๆ ที่ใช้ในงานช่าง มีความต้องการซื้อเพื่อเก็บเป็นอะไหล่ แหล่งข้อมูลภายในได้จากบุคลากรในโรงงาน ส่วนแหล่งข้อมูลภายนอกได้จากการประชาสัมพันธ์ของบริษัทผู้ผลิตและผู้จัดจำหน่าย จะมีงบประมาณในการซื้อแต่ละครั้งต ่ากว่า 10,000 บาท ความถี่ในการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ 1 – 2 ครั้งต่อเดือน สถานที่ในการจัดซื้อส่วนใหญ่เป็นร้านค้าภายนอกเขตสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ โดยเมื่อเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับปัจจัยทางการตลาดที่มีผลต่อการเลือกซื้อเครื่องมือช่างฯ โดยการทดสอบสมมุติฐานที่ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05 พบว่า เพศ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง ที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยทางการตลาดที่แตกต่างกัน โดยจะระดับการศึกษาสูงกว่าระดับปริญญาตรีและมีเป็นพนักงานฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมในการตัดสินใจซื้อเครื่องมือช่างกับปัจจัยทางการตลาด โดยการทดสอบสมมุติฐานที่ระดับนัยส าคัญที่ 0.05 พบว่า มีการซื้อเครื่องมืออื่น ๆ ที่ใช้ในงานทางด้านพื้นฐาน โดยมีความถี่ในการจัดซื้อ 1 -2 ครั้งต่อเดือน มีงบประมาณในการซื้อแต่ละครั้ง มากกว่า 100,000 บาท จะมีการพิจารณาในการใช้งบประมาณในการซื้อเป็นสำคัญ ลักษณะในการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์จะมีการซื้อตามการร้องขอ สถานในการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์จะเป็นร้านค้าภายนอกเขตสวนอุตสาหกรรมโรจนะ ซึ่งจากการวิจัยกับปัจจัยทางการตลาดพบว่า ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจะคำนึงถึงมีชนิดผลิตภัณฑ์ให้เลือกตรงตามจุดประสงค์ของผู้ใช้งาน ด้านราคา กลุ่มตัวอย่างจะค านึงถึงมีราคาเหมาะสมกับคุณภาพ ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย กลุ่มตัวอย่างจะคำนึงถึงมีพนักงานขายทำหน้าที่ประสานงานขายต่อผู้ซื้อโดยตรงด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด กลุ่มตัวอย่างจะคำนึงถึงการมีแคตตาล็อก แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์

This research aimed to study demographic data and behavior of people who were involved with purchasing hand-tools in the industry factories, Rojana Industrial Park. Questionnaires were the research tools that were distributed to 188 samples. Statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Statistics that were used to test hypotheses were one-way ANOVA to analyze mean differences of samples from more than 2 groups, and when differences were found then Scheffe was applied to test paired differences.

The research results found that most of the respondents were males, age 31-40 years old, Bachelor’s degree education, married status, worked in engineering / maintenance / facility section, and were experienced with hand-tools for 1-5 years. Purchasing behavior was to buy electronic power tools and standard hand-tools which were used in their job. Purchasing reason was future usage as a spare tool. The internal data sources were factory staffs such as technician, engineer, etc. The external data sources were from public relations of supplier and dealer. Purchasing budget was less than 10,000 baht per time. Purchasing frequency was 1-2 times per month. Purchasing location were stores outside Rojana Industrial Park. In comparison of demographic data with marketing factors that affected purchasing decision of purchasing staffs at the factories in Rojana Industrail Park, the hypotheses testing results at the significant level of 0.05 found that gender differences showed differences in opinions on marketing factors in price. The educational difference showed differences in opinion on marketing factors in price and promotion. The respondents who had educational level higher than Bachelor’s degree rated all factors at the highest level. The difference in job position showed differences in opinions on marketing factors in marketing channel. The respondents who worked at the purchasing department rated all factors at the highest level.In comparison of purchasing behavior with marketing factors that affected purchasing decision of purchasing staffs at the factories in Rojana Industrail Park, the hypotheses testing results at the significant level of 0.05 found that those who purchased different types of hand-tools had differences in opinions on marketing factors in product and promotion. The respondents that purchased other types of tools rated all factors at the highest level. The differences of purchasing frequency showed differences in opinion on marketing factors in product. The respondents who had purchasing frequency 1-2 times per month rated all factors at highest level. The differences of purchasing budget per time showed differences in opinion on marketing factors in price. The respondents who had purchasing budget per time more than 10,000 baht rated all factors at the highest level. The differences of purchasing characteristics showed differences in opinion on marketing factors in product and promotion. The differences of purchasing location showed differences in opinions on marketing factors in marketing channel and promotion.
