บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)

การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ต่อการใช้งานระบบบันทึกผลการเรียน มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อถึงระดับความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ ในการใช้งานระบบบันทึกผลการเรียนนี้ เพราะการทราบข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะทำให้ผู้จัดทำระบบทราบได้ว่า ปัจจัยใดบ้างที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ในระดับใด เพื่อนำไปปรับแก้ระบบให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานระบบได้มากที่สุด

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัย เป็นอาจารย์ของ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรีซึ่งเป็นผู้ใช้งานระบบบันทึกผลการเรียน มีผู้ใช้งานรวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 256 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test ค่า F-test และค่า Scheffe

จากการศึกษาพบว่า อาจารย์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุระหว่าง 36-42 ปี มีสถานะเป็นอาจารย์ประจำ อยู่คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม การศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 11-15 ปี จำนวนฟังก์ชั่นที่ใช้งาน จำนวน 3-4 ฟังก์ชั่น ประสิทธิภาพของคอมพิวเตอร์และเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต อยู่ในเกณฑ์ บางครั้งต้องรอนาน ระยะเวลาในการกรอกเกรดเฉลี่ย ต่ำกว่า 30 นาที เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ต่อการใช้งานระบบบันทึกผลการเรียนมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลธัญบุรี พบว่า เพศ อายุ สถานะ คณะ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบบันทึกผลการเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน ในส่วนของ จำนวนฟังก์ชั่นที่ใช้งาน ประสิทธิภาพของคอมพิวเตอร์และเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตระยะเวลาในการกรอกเกรด ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้งานระบบบันทึกผลการเรียนแตกต่างกัน

The study on Factors Affecting Instructor Satisfaction toward the Use of Grade Recording System of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi was carried out to examine the instructor satisfaction levels toward the use of the Grade Recording System since the results of study could help the system operators increase awareness of what factors affecting the levels of instructor satisfaction in order to improve the most needed system requirements.

The samples were 256 instructors using the Grade Recording System of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The data were collected through the application of questionnaires, and analyzed using Frequency, Percentage, Means, Standard Deviation, t-test, F-test and Scheffe’s Method.

The study revealed that most of the respondents were male, between 36-42 years old, worked as full-time instructors in the Faculty of Technical Education, graduated with Master’s Degree, had 11-15 years teaching experience, accessed 3-4 system functions. It was found that computer efficiency and internet networking were sometimes retard, and the instructors spent less than 30 minutes to complete the student grades. The comparison of factors affecting the instructor satisfaction toward the use of Grade Recording System of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi demonstrated that different gender, age, status, level of education, teaching experience caused no difference in the satisfaction toward the use of Grade Recording System. However, difference of system functions accessed, computer and internet networking efficiency, time spent for grade completion caused difference in the satisfaction toward the use of Grade Recording System.
