บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
เนื่องจากในปัจจุบันเทคโนโลยีได้มีการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งเทคโนโลยี 3G ก็ถือเป็นเทคโนโลยีประเภทหนึ่งที่กำลังเป็นที่สนใจอยู่ในประเทศไทยในขณะนี้ การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายถึง พฤติกรรมการใช้โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ ที่มีผลต่อระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจเทคโนโลยี 3G
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ ผู้ใช้บริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ทั่วไป จำนวน 385 คนใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การแจกแจงนับความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One – way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์แบบจับคู่ (t-test)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงมีอายุ 20 – 24 ปี ใช้เครือข่าย AIS มากที่สุดส่วนใหญ่เป็นนักเรียน/นักศึกษามีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมีรายได้ต่อเดือน ไม่เกิน 10,000 บาท มีพฤติกรรมการใช้โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ ที่มีผลต่อระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจเทคโนโลยี 3G พบว่าผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่มีระยะเวลาการใช้โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่มากกว่า 4 ปี นิยมใช้โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่เพื่อการสื่อสารพูดคุย ส่วนใหญ่มีความถี่ในการใช้ต่อสัปดาห์ไม่ถึง 5 ชั่วโมง มีค่าใช้บริการเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนไม่เกิน 500 บาท และตัดสินใจซื้อด้วยตนเอง และพบว่าผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเทคโนโลยี 3G ในเรื่องการส่งข้อความด้วยภาพและเสียงพร้อม ๆ และผู้ใช้บริการมีความคิดเห็นต่อเทคโนโลยี 3G โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเห็นว่าเทคโนโลยี 3G มีความเร็วสูงและคุณภาพในการรับส่งข้อมูล ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า เพศ ระบบที่ใช้งาน ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ต่างกันระยะเวลาการใช้งาน ความถี่ในการใช้งานของผู้ใช้บริการผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจซื้อโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ที่ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อเทคโนโลยี 3G ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนอายุ อาชีพ ของผู้ใช้บริการที่มีประเภทการใช้ ยอดค่าใช้บริการ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อเทคโนโลยี 3G แตกต่างกัน
Due to the continuous development of technology, 3G technology is currently an interesting technology in Thailand. The purpose of this research was to explore usage behavior of mobile phones that affected knowledge and understanding of 3G technology.
The sample group in this study was 385 people who generally used mobile phones. Questionnaires were used to collect data. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and t-test.
The results found that most of the respondents were females, 20-24 years old, students, used AIS service, Bachelor’s degree educational level, and monthly income less than 10,000 baht. The study of mobile phone usage behavior found that most of the respondents used mobile phone for longer than 4 years, usage purpose was communication, weekly usage frequency was less than 5 hours, monthly usage cost was less than 500 baht, and made their own decision to buy mobile phone. Most of the respondents had knowledge and understanding of 3G technology in sending messages along with images and sounds. The opinion level on overall aspects of 3G technology was in the high level with high speed and quality in sending and receiving information. The hypothesis results found that the differences in gender, usage system, educational level, income, usage period of time, usage frequency, and buying decision involvement had no effects on the opinion level of 3G technology. The differences in age, career, usage type, and usage cost affected the opinion level of 3G technology.
