บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 2) ระดับการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในอำเภอธัญบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานีเขต 2
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ ครูผู้สอนในอำเภอธัญบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และ 2) การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในอำเภอธัญบุรี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานีเขต 2 พบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This research was to study. 1) the level of leadership of school administrators. 2) the level of power operation of school administrators and 3) the relationship between leadership of school administrators and power operation of school administrator Amphoe Thunyaburi under the Office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 2.
The samples used in this study were 196 administrators and teachers in Amphoe Thunyaburi in 2011. The research instruments used for collecting data were five level rating scale questionnaire.Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coeffcient.
The research revealed that 1) the level of leadership of school administrator and . 2) the level of power operation of school administrators were at a high level both of overalls and aspects and 3) the relationship between leadership of school administrators and the power operation of school administrators in Amphoe Thunyaburi under the office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 2 were related at a high level with significant at .01
