บทคัดย่อ (Abstract)
การค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการให้บริการของคลินิกรักษาโรคเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอ่างทอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ใช้บริการคลินิกในเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอ่างทอง จำนวน 480 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างกับกลุ่มตัวแปร 2 กลุ่ม ใช้ Independent Samples t-test การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียวกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มากกว่า 2 กลุ่มใช้ One-Way ANOVA ในกรณีที่พบว่ามีความแตกต่างจะใช้การทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธี Least Significant Difference (LSD)
ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุ 21 – 30 ปี การศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี อาชีพพ่อบ้านแม่บ้าน มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาทต่อเดือน โรคที่มาใช้บริการรักษาส่วนใหญ่ คือ โรคเด็ก คุณภาพการให้บริการพบว่า ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย ด้านบุคลากร ด้านกระบวนการบริการ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ มีระดับความพึงพอใจระดับมาก และด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาดมีความพึงพอใจระดับปานกลาง
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนประเภทของโรค และประเภทคลินิกแตกต่างกัน ผู้ใช้บริการมีความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการแตกต่างกัน ในขณะที่ขนาดของคลินิกแตกต่างกัน ผู้ใช้บริการมีความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพการให้บริการไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purpose of this independent study was to study the quality of clinical services in mueang ang thong district ang thong province. The samples consisted of 480 participants from clinical service user in mueang ang thong district ang thong Province by the questionnaire. Statistical analysis used Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation, differences test between average of two populations (Independent Samples t-test), One-Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference (LSD).
The result found that most of clinical service users were male, 21-30 years old of ages, and less than bachelor’s degree of education. The occupations of participants were steward & housekeeper and average 10,000 bath per month of income. The most of disease treatment included diseases of children. The quality of clinical services found that the participants provided high level of satisfaction with product, price, distribution channels, personal, service process and physical environment, and provided moderate level of satisfaction with marketing promotion.
Hypothesis testing results found that the difference of gender, ages, level of education, occupation, income per month, types of disease and types of clinics affected on satisfaction of service users for the quality of services were difference, while non- difference of the satisfaction of service users in relation to the quality of services with the difference size of clinic.
