บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปทุมธานี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 310 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก(= 4.02) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ อำนาจอ้างอิง อำนาจเชี่ยวชาญ และอำนาจตามกฎหมาย 2) ขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.03) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านเรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ ความมั่นคงในการทำงาน ความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่การงานและความสัมพันธ์กันภายในองค์การ และ 3) การใช้อำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับมากกับขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of the exercise of power of school administrators, 2) to study the level of morale in work performances of teachers and 3) to study the relationship between of the exercise of power of school administrators and morale in work performances of teachers under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.
The research samples were 310 teachers under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the academic year of 2013 which selected through a stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.
The research findings were as follows: 1) the overall of the exercise of power of school administrators were high level (= 4.02). As an individual aspect ranging from high to low, it was found in the reference power, the expert power and the legitimate power, 2) the overall of morale in work performances of teachers were high level (= 4.03). As an individual aspect ranging from high to low, it was found in the stability of the job, the job responsibility and the relationships in organization and 3) the exercise of power of school administrators were positively corrected at the high level and significantly correlated with morale in work performances of teachers at .01 level .
