Perception and attitude of people toward social responsibilities of Phra Nakhon Tai Power Plant Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทำการศึกษาระดับการรับรู้และทัศนคติของประชาชนที่มีต่อการดำเนินการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงไฟฟ้าพระนครใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยในตำบลบางโปรงและมีอายุตั้งแต่ 15 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ประกอบด้วย ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมานเพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธี Least Significance Difference และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ณ ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 39-46 ปี สถานภาพโสด ระดับการศึกษา ปวช./ปวส./อนุปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนและได้อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนมากกว่า 20 ปี มีระดับการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและมีทัศนคติต่อการดำเนินการด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับที่ดีอย่างยิ่ง นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า การรับรู้โครงการผู้สูงอายุมีความสัมพันธ์ทิศทางเดียวกันในระดับต่ำมากกับทัศนคติที่มีต่อการดำเนินกิจกรรมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงไฟฟ้าพระนครใต้ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The purpose of the study was to examine the level of perception and attitude of the people toward the management of social responsibilities of Phra Nakhon Tai Power Plant. The sample of the study comprised 400 people over 15 years old living in Bang Prong District. The data were gathered through the use of questionnaires, and were analyzed applying descriptive statistics comprising Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, as well as inferential statistics which consisted of Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA, Least Significance Difference, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient at 0.05 level of significance.
The results of the study showed that most of the respondents were female, aged between 39-46 years old, were single, finished vocational certificate/ high vocational certificate/ diploma, were employed by private companies, had been living in the community for more than 20 years. The overall perception toward the management of social responsibilities was at a high level, and the overall attitude toward the management of social responsibilities was also at a highest level. However, it was found that the perception toward the projects for elderly persons had a very low correlation with the attitude toward the management of social responsibilities of Phra Nakhon Tai Power Plant at 0.05 level of significance.
