Ethical behaviors of school administrators affecting the administrative quality of the buddhist way schools under the secondary educational service area office 9

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยแบ่งตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธโดยแบ่งตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา และ 3) พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ครูและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9 จำนวน 280 คน ที่ได้จากการคำนวณโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป G*power เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 อันดับ จำนวน 60 ข้อ ที่มีข้อคำถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.962 และ 0.968 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนำ ตัวแปรทั้งหมดเข้าสมการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยแบ่งตามขนาดของสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) คุณภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ โดยแบ่งตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ เรียงตามลำดับ ได้แก่ พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านการครองงานพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านการครองคน และพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาด้านการครองตน ร่วมกันพยากรณ์คุณภาพการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธได้ร้อยละ 42.10
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the levels of the ethical behaviors of the school administrators classified by school size, 2) to study the levels of the administrative quality of the Buddhist way schools classified by school size, and 3) to study the ethical behaviors of school administrators affecting the administrative quality of the Buddhist way schools. The samples were 280 school administrators and teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9. The participants were selected through the G*power and classified by school size. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire consisted of sixty items on ethical behaviors of the school administrators and the administrative quality of the Buddhist way schools. The reliability values of the questionnaire were 0.962 and 0.968, respectively. The data were statistically analyzed by using percentage (%), arithmetic mean (x̄ ), standard deviation (S.D.), correlation analysis, and the multiple regression. The results revealed as follows: 1) The ethical behaviors of the school administrators as a whole and in each particular aspect were at a high level. 2) The administrative quality of the Buddhist way schools as a whole and in each particular aspect were at a high level. 3) The ethical behaviors of school administrators affecting the administrative quality of the Buddhist way school were working ethical behaviors, management ethical behaviors and personal ethical behaviors, respectively. These ethical behaviors could predict the administrative quality of the Buddhist way schools by 42.10%.
