บทคัดย่อ

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการซื้อเครื่องเขียนตราM&G ของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริโภคเครื่องเขียนตรา M&G ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อายุระหว่าง 15-45 ปี โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล จำนวน 400 ชุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ Chi-Square

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี สถานภาพโสด ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี เป็นนักศึกษา ที่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 10,000 บาท มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อครั้ง 50-200 บาท โดยซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ ต่ำกว่า 3 ครั้งต่อเดือน มีปริมาณในการซื้อ ต่ำกว่า 3 ชิ้นต่อครั้ง

ผลการทดสอบสมติฐาน พบว่า 1) อายุมีความสัมพันธ์กับความถี่ ปริมาณ เหตุผลในการซื้อและบุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลในการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเขียนตรา M&G 2) สถานภาพมีความสัมพันธ์กับค่าใช้จ่าย ปริมาณ โอกาสในการซื้อ และบุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลในเลือกซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเขียนตรา M&G 3) ระดับการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับปริมาณ โอกาส เหตุผลในการซื้อ และบุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลในการเลือกซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเขียนตรา M&G 4) อาชีพมีความสัมพันธ์กับปริมาณ เหตุผลในการซื้อ และบุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลในการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเขียนตรา M&G และ 5) รายได้ต่อเดือนมีความสัมพันธ์กับปริมาณ โอกาส และเหตุผลในการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องเขียนตรา M&G

This independent study aimed to study the personal factors affecting customers’ purchasing behavior of M&G stationary products in Bangkok. The samples were 400 customers of M&G stationary products whose ages were between 15 – 45 years old. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and Chi-Square.

The result showed that most of the respondents were female, aged between 21-30 years old, single, graduated from bachelor’s degree, were students with monthly incomes less than or equal to 10,000 baht, spent 50-200 baht per time, purchased less than 3 times per month, and purchased less than 3 things per time.

The hypotheses testing results showed that 1) age had the association with purchasing frequency, quantity, reasons and influencers on purchasing behavior of M&G stationary products, 2) marital status had the association with spending, quantity, purchasing opportunity and influencers on purchasing behavior of M&G stationary products, 3) education level had the association with quantity, purchasing opportunity, reason and influencers on purchasing behavior of M&G stationary products, 4) career had the association with quantity, reason and influencers on purchasing behavior of M&G stationary products, and 5) monthly incomes had the association with quantity, purchasing opportunity and reason in purchasing M&G stationary products.
